      I cannot get over the fact that EVERY customer service person has been SO helpful and so respectful. They are truly a joy to speak with. They do not employ any bots. A kind, knowledgeable person with an American accent picks up the phone after just 3 or 4 rings. The rest of the business community should study Devoted!

      Devoted Heath Plans has been a very easy company to work with. Great customer service and responsive agent reps go a long way in this line of work and Devoted has quality in both of those areas.
      Additionally, competitive plans make them a good company to recommend to my clients.

      Devoted is denying emergency care to my husband for a spinal cord injury. Devoted told the admin at the hospital we are at that they will respond in 10 days. The *** said it was an emergency and Devoted said then if he is dead in 10 days we don't have to pay the claims.We are disgusted. Do NOT not use this company. My husband has a spinal cord injury. Devoted will return emails in 10 days if my husband is still alive. Please do not use this company.

      says covers dental after you pay **** then send it in. I am still waiting on reimbursement since ap 1. I paid the bill and so far no payment back. what a joke .good thing I could borrow some cash from a family member for groceries. they want their cash for payment now but take take over 90 days to pay you back for a claim. will not recommend them to anyone

      This is by far the the worst health insurance company I've ever encountered bypassing United Health. I've only been a member of this insurance company less than a month and it's been a complete nightmare. First my medicine for diabetes went almost 5 times the amount of what I paid with my last insurance. Secondly, My glucose meter and test supplies aren't covered by them. after speaking with a Devoted agent that transferred me to ************ ( *********** who handles the prescriptions ) and them transferring me back to Devoted because they had no clue what was going on, I was told by the devoted agent that they would submit a continue payment so I could continue using my current (accu-Chek) glucose meter and I should receive a call letting my know whether it was authorized or not. Well, Someone at Devoted decided it would be a good idea to bypass the call and call my doctors office directly. The thought it would be a good idea to ask them to change my meter and supplies without my knowledge which they have 0 authority to do on my behalf. I am completely livid! I suggest to anyone looking to get a ******** advantage plan to give this company a wide berth and look elsewhere. In my short dealings with this company I feel I've made a horrible mistake and wish I could go back and choose a different company. Instead, I'll have to ride it out until open enrollment. I'll definitely be switching!! -5 stars
