    Best price in a crunch time (travel within 24hrs)! For a moment I did think it might be a scam (the quoted price was less than one tenth of the price I was seeing on Expedia and Kayak). I was not sure it was true until I checked into the flight. It was ******** Airlines and they do have restrictions on carry on luggage and all. Given we were traveling very light, it worked like a charm. Thank you.

    I booked an international flights from Student universe . At the time of booking the Website don't provide option to book refundable tickets which was against the policies and cx service.I called in student universe asking them to change my flight as recently *************** announced that they will be canceling ***** flights before october 2022. My flight is scheduled for September 25th , What is my fault if at last minute I get my flight cancelled ? I have to py double the money to book new flights .The agents are not that helpful and is not offering any help with respect to getting refunds or changing flight.First , they don't provide option to book refundable ticket and secondly , ask Cx to call them to confirm if flights booking is refundable or not.This is my last try contacting BBB , if i didn't get the resolution I have to look for another alternative.Very Disappointed

    Dear BBB Team:Please allow us to address the concerns highlighted by the complainant:Similar to how most online travel agencies and even airlines, when selecting origin-destination and travel dates, the results will first display the airfare cost. Once a specific airfare is selected, the terms and conditions, inclusions will then be displayed. The ticket rules were displayed to the passenger prior to checkout.As of this writing, the flights are active and set to depart as scheduled. The airline will only authorize a full refund of the ticket once the flights are cancelled, and not before - even when they send out planned cancellation announcements.We understand the passengers concern around potentially paying more should her flight be cancelled by the airline and no suitable alternative is provided. We offered her the option to purchase/book a refundable ticket and for us to monitor for any flight cancellation on the *************** ticket. If *************** cancels their flights, the passenger has a back up ticket. If they do not and it will depart as scheduled, a refund will be processed on the other back up ticket. This offer was declined by the passenger.Our capacity as a travel agency is limited to what the airline is able to offer their passengers. In this case, there is no goodwill policy from *************** covering potential flight cancellations. Fare rules of the ticket will apply.
