    Overall it was pretty good, but the savings deal was a little unclear how much you were able to save until the checkout page. I have used it before and will continue to use it because of the deals you are able to get!

    When you say there is a discrepancy you should allow the user know what it is. It is not helping both parties if it is not disclosed; it may not be complete disclosure but a gist of it can be helpful. I was on the verge of cancelling my booking so that indicates how much I struggled. But at the end it was resolved for which I will give some credit. Procedures can be refined to handle the issues better.

    This is literally the best side for any frequent traveler. The savings are pretty slim on domestic ** flights, but internationally its a godsend. I routinely get flights abroad for less than half the market price. Its unreal.
