    Smooth booking process. Kind of annoying how I paid them for booking seats for me but was able to do it for free myself directly throought the airline. Other than that it made everything really easy for me!

    I have made a purchase through Student Universe. I am unable to talk to any of the customer service agents, as I am willing to cancel or extend my travel dates. The automated call asks me to enter a booking reference (which is typically a series of alphabets) and it does not recognize it when I enter it using the keypad.Can you please provide a solution on how to resolve this issue or may you provide me with an understanding on how to enter the booking reference during the call?.I would also like to address the issue of not receiving responses for emails sent to the helpdesk of Student Universe. I did not even get any call back even after filling the complaint or issue through the non-urgent Contact forms you guys are providing. This is really frustrating if you do not reach up to the standards of customer service.

    I've never heard of StudentUniverse until it appeared on the list of platforms to book with when searching for flights on ****** flights. They do offer some of the cheapest rates, but they are also non-refundable. If there was some sort of refundable policy, even in just flight credits, I would feel a lot better.
