Contract for new deck signed 02/22/2023 Work to begin on or about 03/21/2023, finished by 09/21/2023 Final price in 3 installments total $13,200 + permit fee. First two installments paid $8,800 + $260 for permit. So far only a computer rendering and official measurements have occurred. Scheduling coordinator Brian D****** does not return phone calls. Our current deck is unsafe. Nothing has been scheduled and the contracted time is up in 26 days. This is extremely frustrating. Either we get on the schedule asap or we get our money back asap.

Contract signed on Jan-14-2023 A Down Payment of $5000 was processed on Jan-15-23 Total Contract amount = $45,000 Balance and Amount Financed = $40,000 The contractor was to begin the work on or about 04/14/2023. and the work was to be completed by 05/14/2023 - Nothing has been done since the contract signature until this date 8/25/23 Scope of Work: Remove and replace two bathrooms, both on the 2nd floor (One master bedroom bathroom and one adjacent bathroom). Communication on scheduling the work after the original date was missed has been very challenging, sometimes with no follow-up, no clear or firm installation dates, no word on installation dates, multiple reasons for the delay, Covid, Material delays, change of staff/resign of staff, installation leader no response, and last attempt was that the owner (Mike P*******) showed up at my house in July, saying sorry, promising to get some money back, reduce the cost and get the work started the week of 8/21 and to deal directly with him on any communication, follow-ups, requests, which we have done and sent multiple texts, Voice mails, emails and has not responded so far with any confirmation for weeks. Back in May, they confirmed with me after multiple emails and questions from me if I should buy the bath vanities, mirrors, toilets, etc., and have them ready for May installation and I purchased all the materials, I have had my living room full of boxes since April and spent about $7K on all the pieces I would like to cancel this project, my installation contract, and my Finance Contract, and have them return my $ 5,000 deposit, I don't want to do any work with this company, I've lost too much time, effort, and our house renovations projects for other renovations have been impacted and delay because of this work not completed. Our Patience has worn thin and can't deal with this anymore. Thx
