    I have purchased several Boston Scally caps and I love them. Aside from them coming faster than advertised, these caps are well made, from great material and look so good. Recently I bought the flap cap for those really cold days. I was worried about how it would look with flaps in and I am thrilled to say with the flaps inside, there is no appreciable difference in the look. Flaps out, still looks good and is very warm. Great job Boston Scally.

    I found this company totally by accident. Ive been looking for a hat in my enormous melon size and happened upon Boston Scally Company. So I took a chance. Little did I know that I happened upon a treasure trove of, what I feel is the best hat company in business. I purchased my first hat right after Christmas. Their communication regarding shipping and order completion was second to none. When my hat arrived it was the second best day of my life (behind my marriage but before my 6 kids). The quality was impeccable. The craftsmanship on the hat was unbeatable. It reminded me of the type of hay my grandfather wore when he worked as a computer programmer in the 80s. I LOVED IT. Only, I was overzealous and ordered a size too big thinking these guys had no idea how to make a hit that would fit a bowling ball. And boy was a wrong. BUTthey have an incredible return/exchange policy that will allow me to downsize to a more reasonably fitted hat. Listen to metrust their measuring techniques. I didnt and have to wait longer to be able to rock my scally. Trust me, Ill be back. And ** bringing my friends with me. These guys are my new best friend.

    Extremely disappointed with this company. My wife bought me one of their caps for Christmas but it was too small. They wouldn't honor the return because she bought it too far before Christmas. They may or may not make great product but they have a terrible business model.

    This has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. I had ordered a cap which turned out to be too small. Ive been trying to get it exchanged but theyre telling me that the return window began 11/24 & the cap was bought on 11/18. Its frustrating when you cant speak to an actual person but rather receiving automated responses back. Never again will I purchase anything from them again. Buyers Beware!!!

    Sorry for the length, but its well worth the 1.5min it takes to read; I got 2 new caps from BOSTON SCALLY for Christmas, I realized they were too big, I immediately emailed them with the information and asked to exchange for a smaller size, surprisingly I got an answer on Christmas Eve evening! However that would be the last sign of great customer service. The individual who was responding said I could not exchange them because they were bought on 11/8/22 and not within their Xmas purchasing period of 11/26-12/25. My mother has always been one to shop early. But because I have no control over when a gift is purchased, I now have two caps (currently in production / for sale) that I cannot wear. Like I said, Im already (was) a customer but like my most recent email said, Ill be happy to share my experience with the company, I am a first responder and veteran, which at least in my neck of the ***** is a large customer base. Besides the horribly policy, the product has phenomenal quality. Great quality is often overshadowed by horrible service. Fingers crossed they make this right.

    I have had the pleasure of ordering three caps from this company. The quality of their product is the best I have found. The fit and finish are spot on, ordering is a breeze and shipping is unbelievably fast. I can not emphasize enough what a positive experience it is to place an order and have it shipped so fast. Their sizing is most accurate and not hit or miss as with ever other on line company out there. The best very best in all ways.

    Wether its time to get a new hat or you are just somebody who enjoys wearing hats to a hat junky, Boston Scally has you covered. From traditional 1 panel hats to modern scally ball caps, the main problem will be you finding yourself in love with 10 hats and you can only get one! You cant go wrong with their selection each hat is a work of art and has its own story and being from *********** and having that Boston/*********** connection is really important to me and I love that other people get to wear it. So if youd like to stand out in a crowd, and wear a classy hat that makes you just a little bit more fashionable definitely purchase a hat, do yourself a favor and go to their website.

    There customer service is second to none, I ordered the wrong size hat and they accepted the return and sent out the correct size and I was wearing my new hat in 5 days
