    This company is absolute trash they have horrible customer service. They like to lay the blame for their mistakes on the customer claiming their system is in fact in in fact their system will change your dress at the last. Moment if you have ordered from them before and if previous address. This happened to me and they refused to negotiate either a refund or shipping. Another item this was $50 lost and they claimed that it was completely my fault. When? They're system is the one that screwed up and changed my address. I know where I live I know what my current address is. And I know what I put in the address line. This was completely therefore fault and they will take no blame in the matter. Turn out of 10 we'll never order from this trash company again.

    Just received my first hat, chose one from the Rose collection , and what a dandy it is !!! This will be the first of many for me .. the quality and fit are ??!! **************** also seems to be top notch, In helping and answering questions in a timely fashion. I rate the whole experience as 5 of 5

    Outstanding product! The quality is off the hook. Each style I have ordered comes in fast and already feels like I have been wearing it for a while. Great customer service as well. I made an ordering mistake and they helped me fix it. Did the return and received replacement in less than eight days.

    I've waited to post this review for several months as they do make beautiful hats; high quality, very impressive. What I was not impressed with was their return policy. I ordered three hats, having purchased from them in the past, all the same size. Of the three, only one fit. I started the return but was busy with elderly parents with ***** and went past the 30day return period by two weeks. I wrote to the company and detailed what was going on and why I missed the window. I had the original box, packing slip and the hats were in the original condition that they were sent, having been stored in that box. I was not looking for my money back, I merely wanted to exchange for a size that would fit. Their answer was a firm no and a $15 coupon. I waited quite a while to receive the items as well; the order was placed on 6/26/22 (the date they charged my credit card) and I received the hats on 8/8/22. Buyer beware, it seems to be a one-way street with their customer service.

    I have a total of nine BSC and each one fits like a fine glove. The caps are top notch and the team at *** are the best. I have never personally had a issue with any of my orders, but I am very certain that if you did. The team at BSC would take care of you very quickly. I am not a employee at BSC or have not been paid for this review, just a very satisfied customer.

    Unbelievable customer service. This ********************** is wonderful. This is my fifth order from them, and I ordered the wrong size. The customer service/returns department went above and beyond to make the return painless. Even answered my after hours emails that I was sending. I will definitely continue to use BSC for all my cap purchases.
