    They have a great customer service very friendly, very prompt. They say what they mean and mean what they say. I love their product perfect fit every time Ill never wear another ball cap again my choice is Boston Scally professionally made. My wife said she really loves the hats that I have purchased, I bought one and I cant seem to stop buying others. They are a great hat. They stand by their product they ship fast.

    Not only is this product of the highest quality but the customer service is impeccable. I order a hat in the wrong size. The return was simple. I screwed up using my return balance on my new scally. **************** emailed my back almost immediately and fixed my mistake. It's a breath of fresh air to work this company and team.

    For a while I've been looking for a hat of this style. Nothing really felt right, nor I though looked good on me. As soon as I put my Boston Scally on that was it!! OMG! Just love it and will be buying more in different patterns and colors...just love them!! They just feel right!I was concerned about the size and big BIG HEAD and I reached out to them directly. Response was immediate and assured me that if it didn't fit, I could return and exchange. Big part of buying anything anywhere is customer service and these guys are first class! Thank you Boston Scally!

    This company is deplorable. Take your money and tell you its being shipped via **** then hand it to DHL the worst carrier in the world *********** to sit in a warehouse in ********** for the weekend because they dont run over the weekend but **** does and there are hundreds of post offices between **************** ** and avenel **********. Their return policy is horrible. Their products dont fit and are horribly off sized.
