    Used an advertisement ploy for 10% off of complete order by clicking link. Then had to enter phone number. They used this to do mass texting and sold number to others to text. Did not honor the 10% discount. When I contacted them they almost acted as if I were wasting their time. It is just a matter of principle that I am adding this review.

    Absolutely LOVE my hats?? shipping was on the short end of things. Packing did not impact /damage the hats. They arrived in great shape! They fit me very well. I received compliments on it right away! In fact, my wife likes it so much I might be get her one for Christmas, providing she doesn't just take one of mine ?? The product looks as good in person as it does in the advertising. The stitching is clean, the shape is on point and the ones I got are two of the best looking hats I've owned. As I can afford, I'll be getting more. Know what style works for you and get it from BSC with confidence ?? The only warning I will give you, is of you buy one, you'll want two. For me, it's going to be like my bass guitars...I'll always want one more. Buy this too quality product and enjoy, get ready for the compliments ??????

    Absolutely awful customer service and website return policy disclosure that violates state law. Would absolutely avoid buying from them. Am currently contesting their charge.

    These caps are fantastic, up to my third cap with no sign of slowing down! The customer service is wicked awesome! This last order got returned to sender by the *********** due to an address error, not Boston Scallys fault. Customer support was wicked fast at getting back to me and fixing this! Everything was done by email and done promptly, I felt like they actually cared about me as a customer and not just another sale! A little tip to anyone paying by Apple Pay on any site: double check your shipping address, it can sometimes mix the street address line and second address line.

    By far hands down the best hat I have ever worn. Both quality and comfort far surpassed my expectations.. I have a rather extensive hat collection ( mostly fitted baseball hats) and I honestly dont think I will ever wear any of them again after putting the scally on my head. Liked it so much after I got it I immediately went k line and ordered 3 more
