  Unfortunately my experience with Constant Contact is similar to the 1 star reviews I've read here. They continued to bill me after I had verbally cancelled. Ofcourse, they have no record of this call or my desire to cancel this account. When I called recently disputing Constant Contact billing me for $486.00!, they said sorry, this is non-refundable. Even though I cancelled the year before, because they have no record, they wouldn't even discuss options. Additionally, there is no way to cancel your account online. I asked to speak with a manager, the **** ******** said he has no way of connecting me with a manager. I asked for the Manager's name and contact number, ***** said he didn't have the contact information and there was no way to speak with them. What kind of company can operate this way? Constant Contact is a fraud-based company, "covertly" billing their "customers" while not providing any service, much less customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a class-action lawsuit filed against them or perhaps already have. Absolutely will not be using them or their partners anytime soon.

  These guys go out of their way to drag their feet when it comes time to cancel. They market the product very effectively that you can cancel anytime but when you do go to cancel wow they make it tough. Constantly putting the customer on hold in hopes that you hang up. Asking to verify all sorts of information. Its no wonder the customer reviews are so poor. Really shows a reflection of what type of company these guys are! I would steer clear, there are better options out there.

  I just happened to come across the review rating of Constant Contact and saw that it was low and I wondered why because I have had nothing but excellent customer service thus far and the service I pay for has done exactly what I needed it to do. I am a small business and do not have a ton of contacts such as others that have filed complaints, but I wanted to put it out there what my experience has been for anyone else who might be looking for an email service such as this. Upon my initial contact with Constant Contact, my rep was super informative, told me all about how their product works, and even gave me some marketing ideas. I was charged an appropriate amount as what was agreed upon in my conversation with my rep. ***** then, I have used their service regularly to send out email campaigns, use ******** marketing lead form integrations, and track things such as how many of my emails are opened, which emails are bogus, and utilize lists and templates. I also wanted to add that I have used other services that were just plain clunky and did not offer a user-friendly interface and I love how Constant Contact is set up. I am 100% happy with them and encourage you to check them out.
