      They always raised my policy and lowered my amenities with nothing on my driving record not even a parking ticket. The last term they did not note or process my request and I have to call back 3weeks later then again a month later then they said the 3rd time was my first request bc nothing had been noted on my account then sent me a partial check with an invoice proving that and when I called about the remaining balance it was gaslighting yelling and arguing of nonsense with occasional slip ups that it was noted on the account previously and that the amount was owed but no check made out so I said forget it keep the 29.47 its not worth all this peace calling me at 9am to argue get a new hobby cancel my policy I will gladly eat the $50 fee no problem just send me the correct amount which I listed off and explained calculations bc they all act like they dont understand add and subtract as I am sure it is their job to act like and so they said they dont do the calculations the system does I said that is a bold faced lie and you know no calculator is going to misplace 29.47 who does it hurt to be honest? Just please send the correct amount and dont call me with gaslighting tactics first thing in the morning. So she decided to click on me then haha thats fine just send my lil 97.21 that you guys have not squandered and not to mention the whole first year I found out doing my registration that I had been driving uncovered bc they did not get my correct vin and they still messed it up when I called to correct had the nerve to have attitude to me for them not listening gave no apologies nothing at all. -300000/10 for sure. Its just a major money grab I will be surprised if they send me a check at all.

      They only continued to argue and gaslight they got caught in their own lies in the email so I blocked them they can keep the $97+ in refund they shorted me yet their books shows full payment ** they keep horrendous books, its not worth the drama I am just happy they are not my problem anymore.

      This is the worst insurance company I ever had. I have been driving for 40 years. The had this company for a year and a half. I was informed that if I paid my bill in full I would get 10 percent back. At last glance, 10 percent of $1600 is 160$. Even worst they lied to me regarding a speeding ticket I received last December. They claimed that a 6 year surcharge would apply, adjusted my bill to the tune of 500$ more a year. When I changed insurance companies, I was told that I did not have a surcharge !. I called corporate, they stated, "that is terrible". You have to take that up with your agent. They sent me a bill for almost 200$ and put it immediately into collections!

      Mapfre insurance is terrible! Stay away from them. If I could leave 0 or negative stars, I would have! One star is WAY too much credit for them! I've had them for a couple of years & when I told my local agent NOT to renew the policy, she (the owner of Hardy *********************** ************************ did it anyway without my knowledge! Now they are trying to collect 1 month of service! I have sent them (and my former agent) proof that I had purchased auto insurance elsewhere, prior to my current policy with them expired. I told my agent, "I told you NOT to renew this policy!" Her (the owner of Hardy *********************** reply to me was, "Not my problem!" Now I have to have my current insurance company send both of them all kinds of info, just to clear this up. Try & leave Mapfre.....see what happens....I dare you!

      I worked with a rep to renew my policy for last year. It took forever. I gave pass *** donation. Switched to paperless billing. Got AAA and paid in full. With that I overpaid. I couldn't get discount credits. They said my deductible had gone up.. recently 2 reps told me my 10/2022 policy was paid. Get sticker send in and I'm ready to go. Just now I spoke to *******. She told me I did none of those things so I didn't qualify for any discounts last year. UNLESS I have a rctShe couldn't understand me because I said refund not credit. SHE COULD BE correct. IT IS unnerving to get 8 different responses from 8 different reps. ******* was very rude. How can I trust what any rep says? No answers from emails I send help

      They are extremely unprofessional and dont even come to look at vehicles for claims. Everything is online and they dont answer the phones called 3 times and was disconnected every time while being on hold for 25 minutes per call. Not a satisfied customer

      Theres is no point of having a policy with mapfre. I have had a policy with them for less than 4 months and it has already been canceled for non payment. They didnt have any correct information on my file with them. They claim they mailed things out but I never received anything. Every month I have paid my insurance on a certain date with no issues until now. The representative was very rude and acted as if she could not help me.

      I was taking an Instacart order to someone and I was about 6ish minutes from their house. I was going the posted 40 MPH speed limit when an old lady cut me off. There was no space between me and the car in front of me for her to even try and get onto the road, yet she did and now Im STILL waiting for the insurance check. This accident happened on July7, 2022 and as of today, August 16, 2022, I havent gotten any word on the status of my check. My car was totaled. In every other accident Ive been in I got the check within 3 weeks, but this is going on a month and a half. This company does not deserve the rating they have.
