  I called to stop service and was told I am in contract for 5 years and our contract was signed in 2022. I never signed a contract - an employee signed a form to change prices but was never told it was a contract she was signing. She signs invoices received only. Contracts and Release of Liens are signed by Owners of ************************************************* only! My employee was address by 2 gentlemen trying to sell other items and gave her a catalog then preceded to talk about a past due invoice in which they were going to adjust our prices. What a trick - now being told I as owner are still in contract because an employee signed it!!! NO WAY!!! Especially due to this I want out of contract and the **************** Manager t location 092 (******************************) said he was sending me to their lawyer!!!!Really a NO STAR for this Company!

  WORST company to deal with. Adds extra charges regularly and then charges hundreds of extra when the contract is up claiming you agreed to buy certain things. DO NOT use this company for anything, they're disrespectful and dishonest.

  Scam!! They claim you can get out of contact. They claim its a year long contract but Im fine print its 5 years. Scrubs are never clean. They come back with stuff still present and new stains. Always missing items and never have enough scrubs for the whole week. Started using them because of ***** and needing scrubs cleaned professionally.

  This company will not answer calls, emails, anything, I've signed a contract over five weeks ago, and still have yet to receive uniforms or any eta on uniforms. I've left messages with several offices and still have yet to hear a thing.

  My company name is Beyond-Hello, located at *********************************.. We have been serviced for quite sometime by your company. I don't like the service your local company provides. Here's why:1. They are unresponsive whenever we call. Every time we have reached out to the management there has been no response. (None even when they say our service is their priority.2. Your ******** Mr. ************************* came to our ********, ** location and literally spoke about your promise to provide good service.........now I cant even reach him. (Ever)3. We have air freshers that should be changed routinely, however, I have never witness them conducting this according to our contract. I figure this would mean more monies for your company rather than me thinking I might need to replace Unifirst with another company.4. We need to make adjustments because your services response to us as customers doesn't meet our standards. They simple collect scrubs and take off. Whether we call or email them the silence is horrible.Inconclusion: Other than collecting monies from us their service absolutely *****. I know this is NOT the type of service your company wants.. I need an account Manager whom I can reach by phone or emails....... really not satisficed at all.

  Stay away from this company at all costs. Do not sign a contract with them. They make it impossible for you to end a contract, will harass and coerce you to stay with them, and find any way possible to make claims that you breached the contract just so they can stay afloat. This company is as unprofessional and corrupt as I've ever seen. By far one of the worst organizations I have ever worked with as both a business owner and consumer. You have been warned.
