    Delivery driver yelled from the street for me to come to him?! It was freezing cold & I was in my pajamas but he kept yelling.

    The amount charged to me by the restaurant was lower than what was quoted in the order I placed online and that was lower than what was charged to my credit card. This is a bad way to fleece the customers.

    We arrived early to pick up our order and the staff was kind enough to let us sit and eat our delicious order!! Sake nigiri and the * street roll FTW!!

    I ordered through their website and when I selected a side it automatically set it to Qty 5. I had to call the restaurant and tell them do not want 5 sides of fries, just one. Then call Grabull for a refund. Then wait while the called the restaurant. I still haven't seen a confirmation # for a refund.

    I have ordered from the same restaurant many times before with less fees, quicker service, and the correct tip amount being applied at time of order. Grabull is the worst delivery service app I have dealt with yet, with higher fees, longer wait for my food (which I know isn't the restaurant's fault) and to top it off it showed no tip on my confirmation screen after placing order and on my email receipt (I selected 15% tip option before placing the order) so I tipped the driver in cash... and now a couple days later I have an additional $10.00 on my credit card statement from Grabull which I assume is the tip that should've gone through originally. I don't mind the driver getting an extra tip but I certainly will never use Grabull again.

    I have ordered several times from this app and noticed each time the emailed invoice did not match my credit card statement. Please check your statements to make sure you are being charged the correct amount. My statement was always charged an additional $2.00 more than the invoice. The invoice had already included the tip and was an itemized receipt. When I called each time about being charged more on my credit card statement they never seemed surprised and very nonchalant about it. It isn't a lot but if this is part of their regular practice I wonder how many people did not notice the additional charges and taken advantage of. I plan to follow up with the *************************
