As the owner of an auto body shop, I've dealt with numerous claims and individuals, but Martha P (EXT *******) truly stood out.       I had a very frustrating experience with The Hanover Insurance Group regarding a roof damage claim. Despite clear evidence of hail damage from my roofer, their third-party assessor denied it. When I disputed, they sent another investigator who again downplayed the damage.The adjuster, ****, initially blamed transportation for the damage to the soft metals and ignored the shingles' condition. He then had my roofer submit an ITIL report for shingles, but when no match was found, **** refused to replace them or the roof, despite initially saying a new roof was approved. Getting a response from him was nearly impossible, leaving me feeling ignored and deceived.My claim is still unresolved, and I would not recommend The Hanover Insurance Group to anyone. Steer clear if you value your time and peace of mind.
