      I am fortunate to have never filed a claim. Nonetheless, the detail provided in how to file a claim, the detail of what is covered (and not), the price I pay (much lower than the 'big three' of insurance), I feel very comfortable that should anything ever happen **** it not), I'll have no issues.

      This company is horrible to work with for homeowners claims. They are unreachable. They will not return phone calls or emails. The turnaround time for a claim has currently been a month and still waiting!! Once this is resolved, I will be canceling all of my bundled policies with them.
