    I bought a beretta **** tactical 12 gauge shotgun I got it April 19 2022 did a sling training class at a gun shop and during that the plastic magazine tube end came loose then the class teacher looked at it and the threads were stripped out so called beretta. Beretta Sent me a new magazine tube spent $200 for a gun smith put it on then he noticed that the bolt release pin was inside the bolt area so I called beretta and sent it in on may 4 2022 they finally checked it in. so they said 4-8 weeks they lied about that took 15 weeks and they did not fix the problem with the pin inside the bolt area. gun is unsafe to use or fire talk to **************** over and over and nothing is getting done spent ton of money and time on a new beretta **** shot gun never got a chance to shoot and seems they could careless about gun owners I sent them pics and video on what was wrong and nothing so hope you guys can help me. You move the bolt release button in and out it works it self in more to the bolt area

    In December of 2021 I purchased a Beretta tomcat 32 pistol online from **** *** ***** and picked of the firearm at their store in San Antonio TX on 12/27/2021. With tax the firearm cost $508.75. I fired about 30 rounds out of the pistol and it stopped firing. As per warranty instructions I contacted the Beretta USA service department online and they started a work order (work order # *******) and sent me a box to ship them the pistol. They received the pistol on 2/15/22 and placed it in the work queue. they indicated it would be repaired in roughly 8 weeks. I contacted them on 4/27/22 and they indicated their service was backlogged and it would be 12 weeks. On 6/27/22 they finally responded telling me they were unable to repair it because it was damaged before it arrived. they stated the damage to the firearm rendered it unsafe to repair. they did not indicate what the damage was or why it could not be repaired. the only modification i made to the gun was slightly filing sharp metal on the trigger guard because the trigger guard was biting into my hand. i never performed any work on the internal guts of the gun. Beretta USA still refused to honor the warranty. On 6/29/22 I via email advised them to return the gun without delay and i would have an independent gunsmith inspect it and determine why it no longer fires. I heard nothing back from Beretta. I emailed them again on 7/14/22 asking status. as of this writing 8/4/22, they have not returned the firearm or answered my email inquiry. I believe Beretta USA is concocting this "damage" narrative in order to weasel out of their warranty promise. I instructed them to return the firearm over 30 days ago. I asked them the status over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I ask BBB intervene and ask them to honor the warranty or return my firearm

    I need to cancel my order with Beretta Firearms Order number ****. I have made a few deposits to Beretta Firearms that equal up to 429.00  dollars. I need a complete refund asap please. This all started on 6/12/2022 and still isn't resolved. Just in case you need it the tracking number was ***************-**. I've been trying to cancel this order and get my money back. Beretta Firearms never has delivered the product I sent them money for and I'm not getting ant response from them now for over 2 weeks.********************* ************
