I purchased a Beretta APX A1 Full size. The last round hold open failed after 100 rounds. I returned it for warranty repair and was told it could not be repaired, returned, or replaced. I was offered 2 other substitution options, neither would meet my requirements. I have attempted numerous times to contact the gunsmith liaison who will not respond to my voicemails or emails. **************** is of no assistance. They refuse to put me in touch with a supervisor, stating the only person who can handle my issue is the unreachable liaison.

Will NEVER buy another Beretta and I would suggest you don't either. Bought two brand new Silver Pigeons. One was fine, the other one the safety would not move. Sent back to Beretta and they fixed the safety issue. In fixing the issue they damaged my gun all over the place. Scratches in multiple places on the barrel and stock. Fore grip appeared to be dropped as the metal was dinged up. Multiple other little things. Sent the gun back for the second time, due to the damage. With detailed photos of all the issues, they touched up the bluing on the gun and said that "the gun falls in line with a well used gun". This gun has never been used by me and was bought brand new. The scratches were still all over the barrel even after the touch up bluing. Sent the gun back for the third time, because none of the issues were addressed that was caused by their gunsmiths. I can tell they attempted to fix some of the cosmetic issues that were caused by them, but they are still very noticeable and now there are more scratches on the stock and barrel. The note says, "Wear from use/handling". Once again I bought a brand new gun and haven't ever used the gun. Very disappointed in Beretta and will never buy from them again. I would have been better off fixing the safety issue myself.

I have bought their 1301 shotgun and now trying to contact them for 2 weeks. Keep emailing them and no one replies. Total ignorance. You can see it by the amount of unanswered complaints. They just don't give a F about their customers.
I wish I never bought a beretta. This was the first and the last purchase. Buyers BEWARE.

Beretta is the Tikka Importer and handles the repair of their firearms. I sent a rifle to Beretta on a UPS vehicle on 1/25/2023. Beretta has advised me they going to replace the firearm in question. That was months ago.Try to call them and see what happens, I dare you. I have called numerous times, tried on line chats and their customer service website. All I get is "it is on backorder but are are going to replace it". I have asked to talk to a Manager many times but never get a response. I work at a gun shop in Texas and with my experience I would never tell a customer to send a Beretta, Tikka or a Sako into Beretta for repair work. After reading many reviews this is par for the course for Beretta. I can provide a serial number if you need it. Any help will be greatly appreciate!

I bought a 2500 dollar silver pigeon shotgun from this company in 2017, only shot 3 boxes of shells through it and the lower barrel blew apart in 2023, sent in for warranty claim and they took 3 months to review/inspect the gun. After month 4 they told me no warranty and this will cost you 1100. Ok please proceed, but not right. Since then 5 more months go by, I write emails, call and get 0 responses. Ask for a manager in each request with no response. Have all the emails to prove if you would like. This company not only doesn't stand behind the quality of there product also has 0 customer service. I would never purchase another beretta firearm and will recommend no one I know does. For the cost of these guns they should take care of the clients.

Well, where do I start. Seems like everyone is so apologetic. My stock is so sticky, I can’t handle it without gloves. Seems to me money is put ahead of customer service. On this stock, there should be no time limit to replace it. I’ll get a walnut stock and handle it myself. Beretta, thanks for NOTHING ! !

I received a brand new Silver Pidgeon for Christmas. It was flawed out of the box. Would not cock and had a cracked forearm. I sent the gun back to Beretta on December 29th, 2022. Today is 4/27/23 and I still do not have my brand new gun back. I just got off the phone with customer service and all they could tell me was keep waiting. Pretty sad example of a firearm company.

Had my beretta m9a4 for 3 months when I found the inside of the barrel was pitting only after about 500 rounds of hornady critical defense and federal premium 115gr. Talked to a lady after almost an hour waiting, she was as rude as could be her attitude was repulsive and told me it was my fault the gun had a defect. I sent it in and talked to a other helpful guy doing the repairs, said it'll take a couple weeks, a month passed and didn't hear from them, come to find out they were sending my gun back to the wrong address, I called beretta and the lady said shed keep me updated and i got no response, I HAD TO PAY to go pick it up at a ups station almost an hour away. Just to find out it was sent back without any repairs done to it and now one of the left tridim dots is missing from the sight. It wasn't like that prior to sending or it would have been on the repair ticket, the gun is still under warranty and I'm getting the short end of the stick, I want to get rid on my m9a4 but not sure I can sell a defective gun with the way the barrel is, ill never buy beretta products again, paid over $1k for the pistol and this is how they treat their customers. Worst experience I've had with any gun dealer.

Beretta USA customer service is, quite seriously, the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a 92X Performance pistol in early 2021 that came with a defective grip. It was very rough, and chewed up my hands when holding the pistol. This is a VERY EXPENSIVE so-called performance pistol, so I had though that Beretta would readily supply a replacement grip. NOT SO! They claim that the grips are not available individually from Beretta in Italy, but that they expected there would be some for sale on their store within 3-4 months. NOT SO! Not in 4 months, not in 6 months, not in a year, not in nearly 18 months now. Beretta still refuses to replace the grip, and I am stuck having paid close to $2000 for a pistol I cannot shoot at all. I am very disappointed in Beretta USA. But from my experience and from all of the complaints here on the BBB, it seems their "F" rating is very well-deserved.
