It was easy to understand and they have been quick to respond with any questions I have. I'm excited for the this journey and I know that I will expand my business with this great team backing me.

    Deceptive and misleading practices. I signed up for a 3 month trial period with no discussion about renewing. I read the VERY fine print when I received the contract and there was a section on auto-renewal. When I called back immediately I was told that the auto renewal would be turned off. I was told I would receive 8-15 well verified leads per month. Received only 2 leads… that had not even been verified. And so many other promises that were not remotely fulfilled. A total scam.

    Avoid this company at all costs. BBB should be ashamed for showing an A+ rating for this company.
    I was promised/told:
    - 10-15 Quality Leads Per Month
    - 65% Seller Leads
    - Previous brokers in my area had been partners with them for 39 months
    - Average deal value generated was $900,000
    - Well-worked leads would generate a deal per month.
    - I would be the only agent for my area.
    - Leads would be 100% mine.
    Reality:
    - I received four leads before I cancelled and demanded a refund.
    - 0% Seller Leads.
    - Average deal amount was $100,000 (in a market where that doesn't even buy vacant land)
    - Not a single lead responded to my calls, emails, or texts over weeks.
    - They have 5 (or more?) websites and you might be the lead for ONE website, but certainly not the only agent for the area.
    - Leads are only yours for the first 24 hours (if you read the fine print).
    I called other agents on the other sites to find out if my experience was unique and found that it is not. Other agents in my area reported the exact same circumstances. Zero leads. Unqualified leads. No leads responding to communication from agents.

    US HUD COOPERATIVE- STAY AWAY !!! FALSE & DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
    IN MY OPINION BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE , I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE WHAT THEY PROMISED. A MANAGER TRIED TO GET ME TO STAY BY OFFERED ME MORE INCENTIVES, AND THAT HE WOULD PERSONALLY OVERSEE THE ACCOUNT. HE DID NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH HIS AGREEMENT REGARDING OUR RESOLVE !!

    This is the biggest scam! Don't waste your time. They talk an amazing game, take your money and then nothing! The leads that I have received have been worthless and fake accounts.
    Don't waste your time, energy or money, because there are no refunds, even when you complain after a couple of days.

    I am looking forward to seeing what leads I will recieve from USHUD. I am hoping it will be worth the price. The onboard coordinator, Jennifer was very nice, as was Dominic, the initial person I spoke with. Let's hope I see some leads come in soon!

    I will keep this short. If I could give this company less than one star I would. Terrible leads for agents, and awful company. Yes, Justin is rude. This leads were awful. ALL OF THEM. AGENTS do not sign up with them
