I really appreciate the commitment you have to your members. I've been with USHUD Cooperative for about 2 months now. In the first month I received 6 leads, of which I connected with 3 of them on the phone. I have a closing with one of those leads this week! I am so impressed with the quality of the leads and the information provided with each one. After the first 6 leads came in, there was about a 30 day lull when I received no leads. I called member services and told them about the situation. Justin returned my call that day with a plan to update the system. Since then, the leads have been coming in consistently. Justin and his team are great to work with and are very responsive. They listen and come up with a plan quickly. It feels good to know that I'm working with a team that cares.

If i could leave a negative number for my review I would. Was told on the phone i could do a trial for 239.00 for 60 days , looking over my credit card charges I see a 897.00 charge, not only today, but back in January also. Leads were HORRIBLE. I contacted my initial contact person just a couple weeks after starting this, she referred me to another person and my understanding was my charges would be reversed. DID NOT HAPPEN! Still being billed, contact person Justin is rude and completely not helpful. DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING company.

Don't waste your money. They promise but can't deliver. I wasted over $2000 and received garbage, nothing

Deceptive marketing practices. When they call they lead you to believe that they are affiliated with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development but in realty they are 3rd party marketing company that was lucky enough to score a domain name similar to a legitimate government organization. The real HUD is HUD.gov and this company is HUD.com. I believe their leads come from unsuspecting prospects that think that they are contacting the real HUD. I cannot attest to the quality of lead generation but I am against capitalizing off prospects not knowing the difference between of a .gov and .com.

Save your money. DONT DO IT.
I’ll be short and sweet here knowing there is no way they would ever refund me, since their job is scamming agents trying to make an honest dollar.
NOT ONE OF THE LEADS CONVERTED.
Fake numbers, fake emails, no one answers.
I relayed this to them and they said they’ll have their technical team fix the “algorithm”
They just try to fill you with fluff until your 3 month contract is over.
I asked for no foreclosure leads and the only one that answered was a foreclosure lead, go figure.
Please agents just go out there and door knock, cold call off of ****, if you have ****** use “**** ** ****”

The leads are old and 99.9% worthless. I signed up for a 90 day subscription and it didn't pan out. I felt a little cheated because I didn't get what I felt what being sold to me, but oh well. If that was the end of it I'd simply call it and unwise investment and leave it at that. But apparently they have this somewhat of scam going to extort more money from you. After signing up someone will call you and offer to help with services you think come with the deal you just paid for. And quickly and incomprehensibly mention something about 90 days.... well what that is about is that they want to charge for 90 more days fraudulently. They get you to say yes and it is supposed to be verbal confirmation that they are going to charge you more after 90 days. I also want to add that there were multiple calls and emails from other scam lead sales companies that must've have gotten my info from signing up with USHUD. Total scam be aware.
