      Moved out put a date for the 14 November they started to close account before that then suspended my account due to being “behind” on the bill after they wrapped the last bill up and made it over 600 dollars said I needed to pay before service reconnection which I still need to get my old house cleaned and now after they have stole over 600 dollars refuse to turn services back on. Not to mention my entire time having them I had a 1700 sq Dr house with a 400-500$ dollar bill a month at 19 cents per kwh when I signed up it was supposed to be 15 cents

      Horrible, got roped into “Green Deal” and then raised rates astronomically without notice. Paid an extra $1500 a year over what my Local provider. Stay away from them and their “Green Deal”

      Most unethical energy company EVER! My elderly mother has been a loyal customer for years and never late on payment. Her current bill came and it was extremely high for her 1500 sq ft home. When I called to see why, I was told because she was out of contract and so on a variable rate plan. I explained she never received a renewal letter and that she didn't realize she needed to renew. I tried to negotiate a new rate plan but their best offer was still higher than the competition so we decided to switch. In the meantime I called to have her bill re-rated to a more affordable amount for her and they refused. Said their hands were tied because she is no longer a customer as of today. That doesn't make sense because when I tried to have her bill re-rated before we switched they had refused then too. I am completely disgusted with their business practice and how they deal with the elderly community. And not to forget to mention originally they talked her into the useless a/c protection plan which she paid a higher rate for but at least it was fixed at the time which in my opinion she be credited back to her. I feel this company does not look out for their customers and are only worried about their profits. I regret not helping her find a better company years ago. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever.

      Worst Energy Company in this planet Earth ??, please do n9t subscribe to this Company call Constellation Energy they will ript you off, sending you accumulated high consumption bills, even when no one is leaving in the house, your bill will come higher than ,when some one is even leaving in the property. AI sending wrong bills to wrong addresses, Scammers , Fraudsters, I pray you fun out of business, all the customers will close their Accounts and go to better Energy companies, Fraudsters I see the reason why you only can get 1.2 star reviews, Shame , meaning I am not wrong. Every of your Customers are very dissatisfied ????, Worst ! Worst Energy Company is Constellation

      My contract automatically renewed. I did not realize it went from 8.39 per kWh to 14.69 kWh! I ended up with an $800 power bill that I am not able to afford. I have been with them for at least 5 years and didn’t think they would screw me over like this. Other companies are charging any where from 6.50 - 8 dollars! What a rip off!! I am beyond pissed!

      I was with them for 6 years. My plan included A/C Protection for 2 units 0 cost.Conf. email stated, "Equipment Covered: $0 Coverage for 2 Air Conditioners, Heaters, and Water Heaters + Electric Line Protection, an Annual A/C Tune-up, and HVAC Monitoring."
      I trusted Constellation but mid-June one unit stopped blowing cold air.They sent a technician who found a faulty capacitor & fixed it. The next day, cold air still wasn't coming out of the vents. Contacted them, and they told me that there is a leakage in coil needed to be replaced.They said I had to pay for it cause my system didn't have the manufacturer warranty.They only fix the system if there is a manufacturer warranty on the system that doesn’t make sense to get a warranty while you have the manufacturer warranty.
      I argued I was never notified about this exclusion and asked to see the terms of service.I never received the terms directly they pointed me to a link in the confirmation email.I discovered the warranty was offered by another company called "Constellation Home".Since it was the hottest time of the summer I reluctantly agreed to pay for the service.They quoted me $3200 to replace the coil but through my research I found that a ******* authorized tech could do the fix for about $2200.I even managed to find a price at $1700.
      After numerous discussions with Constellation Energy and Constellation Home they first agreed to repair $3000 & then lowered it to $2000. However I still felt betrayed and disagreed with their solution.The service should have been free & their offer wasn't fair.
      I'm sharing this note to warn people not to fall for their misleading and unfair marketing strategy where they use warranty offers to retain customers while charging higher electricity prices.
      Avoid this company at all costs.They take advantage of you when you're most vulnerable and overcharge you for repairs.Their intention isn't to enhance your electricity service but rather to cheat and rip you off.

      Closed account in 2021. Made final payment then -understood account was closed and owed nothing more. Two YEARS later, receive a Collections Notice saying I have a partial unpaid bill. No emails, mail, or calls for those two years. Threatened to send me to collection agency if I did not pay. Customer service person did their best- did not know why I had not been contacted until now (record showed no bill was sent by mail or email past the month that I had understood account was paid in full and closed in 2021- nothing beyond that until this collection notice.) This is terrible customer service practice (not the representative, but the practice of surprising past customers with 2 year old bills.) I am probably a sucker for paying it (less than $50), but that is probably why they do it. They threaten me with ruining my credit for a bill that I have no real way of contesting. I hope it was worth it... your ratings continue to sink and I will never consider using you again.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BILL IS EXTREMELY HIGH AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO RECONNECT SERVICE!! THE WORST GAS COMPANY IN THE WORLD. REALLY WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!!!

      This company added huge charges to our *** gas company bill without authorization! My bill was twice as much as normally. Good thing I caught it. ALL CUSTOMERS for Nat Gas::: look at the paper-style detailed download of your bill. If your bill is high, a company like this may have added services you DID NOT authorize. It will be only appear on that part of the bill, not nec online.

      I'm not happy that my apartment charged me $147 dollars for using their electricity while I was thinking the whole time that constellation had me added to their company since they sent me a confirmation email.
