      Constellation Home replaced the existing insulation in our attic and installed insulation in our garage. The team verified the work to be done.. They were very careful about leaving residue from the removal and vacuumed at the end of the job. The installer also explained how the new insulation brought us up to the current building code.

      The team that installed my new HVAC system were all super nice, efficient and helpful. From the sales rep to the installers to the man who delivered the interim window unit before install, the experience could not have been better.       I've been a Constellation Home customer for years, and I'd like to share my honest experience. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind waiting for service, this company might be fine. But if you need timely repairs, I strongly advise you to think twice before purchasing their service plan.
      My air conditioner broke on June 20. A technician came out the next day, June 21, and confirmed the compressor needed replacement. The part was ordered the same day, and I was told it would arrive by June 25. Since then, I've called daily. Each time, the receptionist tells me, "It's coming today."
      I've repeatedly asked to speak with a parts manager and was promised a callback--yet I only received one call, on June 27. As of today, July 2, the issue is still unresolved. Meanwhile, my elderly parents have been living in extreme heat during a heatwave.
      Please think carefully before signing up with this company. If you expect timely service, this may not be the right choice. I will be sharing this experience on other platforms to help others avoid the same situation.

      I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of the crew, from the sales team to the install team. They introduced themselves in the morning and explained the new HVAC system and thermostat before leaving. I would recommend Constellation Home to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.

      After a busy weekend with visiting guests, my 20 year old hot water heater gave up ... I contacted Constellation Energy and spoke with *******, who quickly helped me identify my existing model, recommended a replacement, and identified a technician who was immediately available. Jackson showed up within an hour, and completed the removal and installation quickly, professionally, and politely. While not in my plans for today, I now have hot water again and am very pleased with the service!
