      I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from ***** *. at Constellation Home during the installation of my air conditioner. From start to finish, ***** was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough in his analysis. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the installation was done efficiently and correctly.
      What really stood out was the extra care he took—after completing the installation, his partner even pulled back my trash receptacle from the road, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. It's rare to find that level of attention to detail and customer care these days.
      Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend ***** *. and Constellation Home for any HVAC needs.

      *** ****** was our service technician today and he was amazing! He was able to find the issue with our AC unit quickly and get us back up and running for the hot days to come!       My tech **** was very professional and super nice. He explained every detail to me about what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it in no time. He even took the time to help a neighbor to pick up groceries that fell out of her bag.

      I thought I had two broken washing machines. I called Constellation Home because I have a service plan with them . My technician was Awesome!! ****** arrived as planned and diagnosed my machines and taught me a lot about them so now I have a better knowledge of how they work and what I can do to clean my machines and get full use from them. I have had great technicians every time I have called in for something wrong with one of my appliances. Another appointment with Constellation Home *** came out to service my range and was awesome too! I have a double oven with 6 burners and it had an issue and I worried if the technician would not know how to fix it as it was more complicated. I was thrilled when *** showed up and knew everything !! Both *** and ****** are outstanding technicians and have represented Constellation Home in a very professional and knowledgable manner! Thanks ****** and *** !!!

      ******* who was part of the constellation energy's team who replaced my hvac system at **** **** ****** **., on 5/16/25 was EXCELLENT! His knowledge of all the particulars of hvac was so impressive.
      Do not let this knowledgeable man go. If constellation energy let's this man go it will be to the detriment of constellation energy.
      ******* also has a great personality to boot.

      On May 8, I had a new HVAC system installed, including an air conditioner, water heater, and air handler. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and respectful of my condo. Upon completion, they thoroughly explained how the system works and provided guidance on proper care and maintenance. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I'm very pleased with the installation.

      Saw the Constellation Ad for residential EV Charger installation on instagram and scheduled/received an appointment for a week later. Constellation provided frequent appointment updates and the installer called prior to arrival. Daniel and Jim arrived early, conducted an inspection and got directly to work. Only had to cut one access hole. Entire job was done quickly, professionally and they cleaned up after. Very pleased.
