      I really appreciated the courtesy of the people taking my call this morning when my furnace went out and also visited the technician just a few hours later. He found the issue. He did a check up on the furnace and he was generally just courteous and polite, which is something you dont see every day these days. I would definitely recommend this company.

      I had an excellent experience with the Constellation Home team—***** ******** ***** ****** **** ******, and ****** *******—who installed my new ***** HVAC system. They arrived on time, finished by the estimated completion, and did a fantastic job. I was especially pleased with their clear instructions on using and maintaining the system, particularly the thermostat settings. I highly recommend this skilled and professional team for any HVAC installation!

      *** ****** is a Senior Tecnician and we hope he is still working in the fall. He works quickly and makes maintenance of the HVAC system where we rent clear to us. He instructs and knows the systems. Glad he was able to complete the maintenance order. Our landlady has Constellation Home and this was covered. He even changed the air filter, which we had overlooked!

      I was very impressed with the service received from Constellation Home.
      Harry and William demonstrated extensive knowledge of boiler installation and was able to address my questions and concerns prior to the install.They were professional , kind and exhibited a positive attitude. It is a joy to find a company that provides a 10
      Year warranty on parts and labor. I highly recommend Constellation Home and will use them again if needed .

      Scheduled an appointment to get my heat pump looked at today. 7:30 AM to 12:00pm arrival time. No word from them. Called at 11:50, 12:45, 2:40 & 4:30. Everyone keeps saying they've messaged the tech & the supervisor & I'll get a call with an ETA. It's 4:45 now. I've been waiting at home all day unable to get the things done outside the house that I need to because no one can tell me what's going on or when someone is going to show up.

      HVAC broke on Thursday evening. On Friday, the technician from company that I had a service contract with, who was very good, stated that someone would contact me that weekend in regards to replacing the system. By Sunday afternoon when no one had contacted me, I called Constellation Home and was contacted that evening by email. The rep came out on Monday by noon and discussed all options. I contracted with them and set the installation for Wednesday. The installers Zach and Ulan (sp?) arrived by 7:30am Wednesday morning and the old unit was removed and the new unit was installed and thoroughly explained to me within 6 hours.
      Although 22 degrees outside, the installers worked very efficiently and very helpful with any questions and concerns that I had. I was exremely pleased with the entire process of dealing with Constellation Home and readily recommend them to anyone.
      I appreciate their professionalism and the manner of the entire process. On a side note, the company that I was previously working with, and was pleased with their work, did not contact me until Tuesday afternoon.

      We had a mini split installed by Bryan S******* Isaac C**** and Upendra S*******. They were extremely professional and thorough with explaining how the system works and care for it. They left behind zero mess when they were finished. I highly recommend this team of installers for any of your needs. I would give more stars if it was an option.
