I got a letter about the "Summit Program," whatever that is. Please opt me out of all sharing related to this program. I am not interested in it. I do not need an explanation of what it is or anything. Just opt me out of it. I called customer service about this and got the run around. Just a waste of time. I am not involved in this program. My name is **** ******** and I first became an employee of MTS sensors in the latter most part of 2017 or very earliest 2018 and am at present an employee of Temponsonics in Cary NC. Since the beginning of my employment with MTS/Temposoncis I have had an account with T. Rowe Price from which I have never withdrawn. Last week I called T. Rowe Price to ask them what my balance was and how do I gain access. The person on the phone said that my account had been sent to a company called Millenium. I used the contact information she supplied and was told that Millenium has no record of my account and therefore I should call T. Rowe Price to find out when this transfer allegedly took place. The next person I talked to told me that actually my account had been transferrd to Empowerment Retirement and she gave me their contact info. The person I talked to at Empowerment Retirement had no record of my account. Kaitlyn Meers of Temponics/Cary gave me your contact information for which I am most grateful and with your help I was able to access my account. Unfortunately it is not making much sense to me. I seem to be missing about eight hundred dollars from my Temposonics account and thirteen thousand from my Mts account. I am sending screen shots from the site in the hopes that you can tell me where the money is and how I access it. I hope I never again have to talk to the folks at T. Rowe Price because while the two individuals I talked to were very nice and tried to be helpful they were by their admission unable to understand whatever was on the computer in front of them. T **** Price handles my 401k through Maritz. I have had nothing but trouble: my statements don't come. I have lived in the same place for 55 years. I had to call my previous employer and they were able to get my statements. They were sent for awhile and then stopped again. ********** Price tells me to check with the post office. This has been ongoing for several years with conversations this month with no resolution. Nov. 2017 my father ************************ a U. S citizen, WWII veteran and taxpayer at age 95 created beneficiary forms for his accounts. He misstated his SSN using 536 instead of the correct 526 for the first 3 on all. Fortunately he used the correct account numbers on all but one. On a separate cover page he had the account number for T.D. ********** in his computer but neglected to change it for the letter to T. Rowe Price for his **** This was not discovered until after his death Dec, 2019. When contacted T. Rowe Price instructed me to send them the copy of the form with beneficiaries and they then sent me a form showing the beneficiaries assigned. Then they reneged and said because the request was not received prior to his death it was invalid. Later a conversation with a customer service agent revealed that the original request had been found to have been received prior to his death. But then another letter arrived stating that due to the incorrect account and SSN they would not honor his instructions. I have provided a copy of a ************** statement with his name, the same address as he used for T. Rowe Price and the account number he incorrectly used in his request. They seem to be doing all they can to keep from honoring his wishes. To add to the situation is he was a resident of ****** for over 20 years and believed that he only would need a ******* will for his house. So I am executor for that but they will not honor that. I do not understand why using common sense with evidence that clearly identifies my father as the person requesting that the beneficiaries be assigned they will not honor my father's wishes. I left my employer in June 2021. I had contributed to the employer's T Rowe Price 401(k). I was repeatedly blocked by the employer and T Rowe Price from changing my address until 11/2/22. On that date T Rowe Price finally sent a letter stating my address had been changed from Colorado to Tennessee. On 11/4/22 T Rowe Price sent a letter saying the address had been changed back to Colorado. I am unable to,withdraw or roll over my funds because I am asked to confirm I live in Colorado, which I do not. At this point, it is very clear that I am being forced to leave the money and take more and more losses with no ability to stop it. I requested my retirement be cashed out and sent to me when I left Geico on Kingston Pike in Knoxville TN. This was 3 months ago. I called again and they said they could not release the funds to me. I have cashed out my retirement from so many other companies and never had any issue getting it. I told them I do not work at ****** It has been 3 months. My company offers a 401k service through T. Row Price. I've been unable to start contributing to my 401k because a link in T. Row Prices website is broken. I've contacted them through email support many times and contacted them on the phone. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps they provided and tried many browsers on 2 computers, my phone and on the mobile app but I always get the same problem. The emails I've receive have been canned responses and the person I talked to for phone support said he was aware of this issue happening to other customers but had no way of helping me. I just want to be able to able to use the 401k service offered by my employer but T Row Price seems to have no interest in helping me.
