      Pandora Jewelry has given me the runaround about a bracelet I ordered online. The bracelet and the charms were tarnished so they asked me to send it back. I mailed the bracelet back to them, and they only partially refunded me. On 6/29/23, I emailed them again, and they told me I was supposed to hold onto the tarnished charms. Since I sent the charms they said they would email me a refund for them also. To date, I have not heard back from anyone else.
      I think Pandora Jewelry needs to treat all of it's customers with respect. Follow up on bad items sold. The staff in the stores must be wearing the real stuff and the people ordering on line must be getting the fake stuff. I am so disappointed!

      Pandora should be out of business completely. I think everyone should file a law suit for selling fake expensive jewelry. I just bought a bracelet and 3charms 2wks ago and the bracelet is already faded. They are definitely selling fake jewelry and won't give u a refund only exchange

      I normally do not write reviews, however due to the prices of this product I feel like it is necessary.
      EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE BRACELETS FROM THEM AND MY MOTHERS BRACELET THAT SHE HAS ONLY WORN 2 TIMES AND KEPT IT IN A JEWELRY BOX IS TARNISHED AND SO ARE MY 2 BRACELETS. WE ARE VERY UPSET DUE TO THE PRICES BEING CHARGED FOR A CRAPPY PRODUCT. MY MOTHER WENT INTO THE STORE AND THE LADY TOLD HER THAT NO MATTER IF SHE WEARS IT OR NOT, IT IS GOING TO TARNISH. PLEASE BE AWARE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

      I couldn't agree with these bad reviews more. This company is terribly and I wish I would have done some research before wasting my money. They have terrible customer service and don't stand behind theirs products. So if you get something and it breaks you are OUT OF LUCK! It's ridiculous. I bought a ring and the stones fell out with 3 weeks and the ring is now an oval instead of a circle. It was my first and last purchase and I will be telling others not to order.

      I will never shop at your stores again. I have been a customer for years when Pandora was in *****'s and before. You are treated like a criminal if you want to return something and they make up return policies depending on the store and your color. I was visiting New York from FWD Texas and I bought two New York charms from the Herald Square Store. I asked about the return policy and was told if my sister didn't like I was told could return to any store. Which it clearly says on my receipt. I was told today at the Hurst store in Fort Worth Texas they can't accept the charm form New York because it's specially made in New York. Why was I not told that. I can't return the other one because I no longer have the prepaid **** Gift-card I used. I asked couldn't they return the balance to another card and was told no. What if my card had been comprised and account closed they would be able to use that card then what? All this was told to the clerk from someone in the back who NEVER came out just kept telling people what to tell me.

      I recieved my first pandora me bracelet which I love with a heart pandora me charm. Immediately after I wore it the charm fell off. I purchased a new charm and then I wore it again. It fell off again, never found it again. Very disappointed I this new product. I emailed pandora and they did nothing since it's lost. So I cannot wear charms with this bracelet in fear it will fall out again I will not purchase anything from this line or recommend it.

      I got a beautiful lotus flower ring. And it was expensive. I was originally ok with the price, thinking that I was paying for real metal. Nope I was wrong. This ring was expensive. And it turns my finger green. I will
      Not buy from this cheap metal jewelry store.

      I bought a ring for my wife but unfortunately it was too small for her. The return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased are eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt." This is false. I went to the store and spoke with the seller who told me that they would not accept the ring because according to them it had a scratch. My wife did not wear the ring so I think they sold me the scratched ring, obviously the scratch can only be seen with a magnifying glass and when I bought it I did not use a magnifying glass to check it.
      I went to customer service and they did not solve my problem either, now I am with a 647 dollar ring that my wife cannot use and that the store does not accept either. I feel cheated and frankly disappointed in the store not only for its customer service but also for its dishonesty when it comes to selling an imperfect product.

      My jewelry purchase was beautiful however not to my wife's taste. When purchasing products online the return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased online are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail or in store with receipt." This is false. I spoke to a representative online and some stores do not accept online purchased returns. This return policy misdirects customers in believing returns can be made easily. Some would say this is also false advertising.

      We purchased a $2500 bracelet 2 days ago and needed to return due to size They did not have our replacement size which we called so we purchase in Orlando 2
      days ago and were assured we could return the incorrect size at the daytona store for a full refund we have all receipts. The Daytona Pandora store was not able to return/refund because they claimed it is not a corporate store. Now we have to drive 1.5 hours - a three hr round-trip to return it in Orlando. we are NEVER shopping at any Pandora again. corporate should’ve had their franchise store’s back and make it convenient for the customer. We have been loyal customers at other Pandoras for years, but won’t be shopping at any again. The Daytona store is in a regular mall and we got same receipts as one in Orlando stating can be returned for full refund so we feel scammed. Buyer’s Beware. Also telling all friends about this horrible time wasting experience. Pandora made a very poor business decision and will lose lots of customers due to your incompetence decision.
