Chris was awesome with such a great and personable character, and we are so happy and thankful he came out! The company is great overall everyone we spoke to was super friendly (dispatch- Tony, I believe, and Chris) and they scheduled us as soon as possible! We called in the evening and they let us know Chris would help us first thing in the morning! We are happy our air is working now and we will be using them for our future ac/plumbing/etc needs!

They didn’t fix the problem and still charged us almost $900. Broke our toilet, which they did replace but wanted to charge us for labor, which I argued about and they agreed to “take that off” the bill. The plumber told us we’d have to call another company to come fix the problem because they didn’t have the right equipment. We called roto rooter and they were able to fix the issue in less than 90 minutes. I will NEVER recommend Len the Plumber to anyone. They took our money and did absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t have minded paying for the time hourly but to be charged full price and have nothing fixed is absurd and horrible business practice!Len The Plumber, Inc.

Len the Plumber technician, Keith J******, did an excellent job performing the annual inspection and maintenance of our A/C system. He was careful to don covers over his shoes as he entered the house; explained in detail everything he was doing; and made recommendations for system improvements. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, which was much more comprehensive than the annual inspections I have had done in the past.Len The Plumber, Inc.
