      Chris C. was professional and courteous. His tech Brian was polite as well. Chris C. went out of his way to provide an estimate for a new tankless water heater that I was comfortable and happy with, and it was installed same day. He was quick, efficient, cleaned up afterwards and was always mindful of being careful coming in and out of our home (shoe covers, careful with carrying items inside without scratching walls etc). Very pleased with the service we received.

      Very good experience! They were prompt, professional and very helpful. Unclogged a dual sink situation without any issues occurring and gave great advice to prevent the problem from recurring. Very happy with Joe and John! Also helped with coupons to get the best deal ??

      Really good job with our water line service and code required upgrades. Dale C was great. Finished product looks terrific. Neat, orderly, well organized, very clean looking. Really appreciate the work.

      Overcharged me, convinced me joining their membership program would help reduce the cost for my service. I accepted it, they proceeded with the work, and then I discovered the tech trying to cut on my garbage disposal with a light switch. He committed something might be in it or it was worn out. I redirected the tech to the actual on switch for the garbage disposal only to have it now sound like it had cams on its motor!!!!! It was working fine prior to the tech arrival. He then offered to install a new garbage disposal for over $600! Add to that the tech said a pipe end was broken during the repair, the tech admitted it, repaired it, HOWEVER, without discussing the fact that there was a significant additional charge associated with the repair of the broken pipe end!!!
      The tech did not discuss the upcharge with me in advance.
      I refused to sign the agreement for the additional charges and the tech electronically signed it which I told him is forging my signature to work I did not authorize.
      I will never use them again! It was a costly lesson learned.

      The manager did follow-up with me regarding my experience with their company, as well as my review. We were able to reach a mutual & beneficial agreement to resolve my concerns. I appreciate his willingness to do so and the prompt manner in which he and his team handled this matter.

      I was initially scheduled for a technician to fix my 1/2 CPVC pipe, then was no one was coming after waiting for 20 minutes. Then the manager called to tell me a technician is available , but had to wait another 30 minutes.
      When the technician came he immediately quoted me for $458 (!!!!!!) to replace an elbow connector and kind of arrogantly said "take it or leave it". I had to take it since it was an emergency.
      Lai Rin immediately cut the PVC pipes and reconnected them without thinking if the pipes will not be protruding from the wall, which it did!, and presented the risk of getting broken again by accident. Instead of fixing the problem, he said I should just replace the pipe going to the outside! It took awhile to convince him that there was a problem with his work until he made the change.
      When I asked how I'm going to get the receipt for the work, he smirked and said "email after you pay".
      As a customer, I felt like I was being taken advantage of with the price of the repair. Lai Rin's attitude added to further aggravation of the situation at hand.
      I hope your other technicians don't treat your customers like this.

      The plumber did not fix the problem and for him to be a tech he should not have not touched my main drain in front of the house because the city takes care of these problems. This is something he should have know before doing any work. The Plumber cut the bush in front of my house unnecessarily and messy. WASA tech said the plumber should have known it's their issue to take care of the matter and not the company. Len the plumber charged unnecessary fee for work not done by them, the city took care of the issue free. Len the plumber charged over $600 for work that was not their problem to fix which was not fixed by them but by the city. No one returned my call and I have to call back again with no one trying to resolve this issue. This was a main drain issue that was stated before the work was done and they should have stop and let the city handle the problem when it couldn't be fixed inside my home.
