I’ve had to use Len the Plumber 2x this week, for unrelated issues. My first experience was great on Monday, and then on Friday when my sump pump went out during torrential rains, I called them again. ***** the tech was excellent, and he had a new sump installed quickly. He also identified a split in the outflow piping and repaired that. Quality work and they were here in 30 mins. We had to host a large amount of people for formal pictures that afternoon, so they were a lifesaver.

I use Len The Plumber for my AC, Plumbing and Bolier needs. They are excellent from your 1st phone call through the service provided by their talented techs.

I used LTP because I have a contract with them. The first technician could mot perform the job completely. I had to get LTP out 3 times to complete the job. The technician work cost me more money, from him not performing his job correctly. The company changed me for the visits. Every time I felt I was getting taken for more money. If the technician would have done his job properly the first time my experience would have been better. I would have even recommended them to other people.Len The Plumber, Inc.
