5 stars**** really saved the day. He fixed my sump pump and prevented my basement from getting flooded.
He went above and beyond the call of duty. He even removed some trash from the previous company that worked on the sump pump.

1 starI should have read other reviews before using this service. I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of transparency regarding service fees during my recent appointment with Len the Plumber. When I scheduled the service, I was informed of a $49 delivery fee—but there was absolutely no mention of a $195 diagnostic fee.
The technician arrived, inspected my unit, and only **then** informed me that I would have to pay $195—without any prior disclosure before the assessment began. This is completely unacceptable and does not align with ethical business practices.
Len the Plumber claims this fee is a standard policy. Then why wasn’t it disclosed at the time of booking? Why blindside customers with unexpected charges and leave them unprepared? The technician failed to inform me of this fee upfront—only after the fact was I told I had no choice but to sign and pay. How is this even acceptable? How does a $49 advertised service suddenly jump to $195?
I demand clarification as to where this policy is outlined in the appointment confirmation. Had I been made aware of the full cost beforehand, I would never have proceeded with the service. This level of dishonesty is outrageous. I will not be using Len the Plumber again.Len The Plumber, Inc.

5 stars****** really saved the day. My A/C wasn’t blowing cool and he instantly was able to troubleshoot the issue. Replaced my capacitor and checked all of the necessary components. He did a great job of informing me on the process and provided great transparency. My A/C unit is now blowing cold air and I signed up for the maintenance program to assure that my equipment can be monitored and maintained.Len The Plumber, Inc.
