      You file requests for maintenance takes Weeks If not months to get resolved They avoid Your emails and calls The property that I've been staying in has a bug problem they refuse to deal with it or address the situation they put fingers at everyone and blame everybody else instead of handling and taking care of it they even blame the HOA I went and sat down with the HOA and they said it is the homeowner's responsibility not theirs and they continue to still try to blame them and not address anything I have emails to back all this up I would post that if I was allowed to add attachments I highly do not recommend anyone to use this company

      Great management company. Anytime I’ve had any issues they have been handled expeditiously and with care. My property manager Ian R**** is simply the best! Anytime I contact him with questions or concerns he’s always prompt in answering and rectifying the issue.

      The BPMG leasing agent I worked with was very helpful during my process of considering and deciding to rent the property I am in now. He answered all of my questions clearly and quickly, and overall was very easy to work with. BPMG's property manager, Ronaldo, has likewise been quick and responsive to the issues I presented after moving-in. I am really impressed with BPMG overall, this is one of the best experiences I've had with a property management company.

      Ronaldo Reano helped us navigate a tricky lease renewal since it involved changing out two roommates. He was very prompt with communication as we were working on a tight deadline. He conveyed what documentation we needed and always acknowledged its receipt. Ronaldo answered questions quickly so that we could successfully complete the process. He was a pleasure to work with.
