  THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. If you are looking for a company with good communication and sales team, THIS IS NOT IT. Their salesperson, Wynn, PROMISED that they will inspect my property. also LIED about their team's capability, and it is a lie because obviously they failed to inspect my property. If you are looking for a company that can consistently update you, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU NEED. They are consistent, CONSISTENT WITH THEIR SLOW RESPONSES WITH INACCURATE INFORMATION. In short, SKIP THIS COMPANY AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE.

  We had a great experience beginning the process of turning our home into a rental property with Bay Property Management. We had an especially positive experience working with Wynn G***, who was responsive, attentive, and patient through all of our questions and scheduling difficulties. Wynn was professional and courteous, and helped keep us on track and in contact without being pushy or constantly badgering us with texts and phone calls. I am looking forward to providing an updated review later on to reflect how well Bay Property Management handles the property itself and any tenant and maintenance issues in the future.

  The team at Bay property management has done a great job of handling our rental property. Leah Choi is always very responsive when maintenance or tenant issues inevitably arise. They certainly do a thorough screening of potential tenents and communicate with the landlord with transparency and integrity.

  Hi had the pleasure of working with Nathan B***** on two separate occasions. First to secure a rental and then as the leasing agent for my home that I placed for rental. Although there were some minor issues with the rental I live in, on both occasions Nathan was easy to work with. He responds quickly to any questions/concerns and he knows his job and the market. I appreciate his diligence and work to get my property rented out. Thank you, Nate. I would for sure work with Bay Property and Nathan again.

  Pink M******* has been an outstanding property manager. She is simply the best! Anytime I contact her with questions or concerns, Pink has always prompt in answering and rectifying the issue such as RBP waiver. Every time, I called Pink, she is always there to assist my concern. Maintenance was on time, with efficient service. She answered all of my questions clearly and quickly. Thank you, Pink.

  I have been using bay on multiple properties for years and they give great and personalized service. I especially liked Ronaldo R**** ** as a property manager as he went above and beyond to keep good tenants in my property and managing the relationships with them! Will continue to recommend Bay Management to others.
