      We were interested in renewing our lease for a second time and our property manager was able to get a 13-month renewal (as opposed to the standard 12-month) approved by the homeowners within hours. We appreciated her timely assistance.

      I have had an overall positive experience with Bay Management so far. Any issues I've experienced has been responded to in a timely/professional manner. Also, our property manager Nur A****** is very friendly and professional! He reached out to me via telephone to introduce himself which I really appreciated ??.
      Even a year later Nur has continued to be a friendly and approachable professional. He always helps us coordinate our maintenance requests in a timely manner and is very responsive!!!

      Been living at my property for 3 years now and I haven’t had any issues until this year but they were little things like my fence due to the wind and this property management are very excellent with getting it done fast with no hesitation at all. Ms Roxanne has been so hopefully and she always answers every email or call lol no matter how much I call for little questions etc I am very pleased.

      I would like to thank Bay Management, Roxie C****. She has been an amazing property manager. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is great in communicating with the tenants and me if they are any issues or maintenance orders that have to be taken care of. I always rest assured that my properties are in good hands. I would recommend Roxie C**** to anyone looking for good professional property management.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. Bay Property Management Group is the WORST rental agency I’ve ever encountered. If you are trying to rent in Baltimore, steer clear from them.
      In the three years my family has been living in our rental unit, we’ve dealt with mold, nicotine dripping from the walls from prior tenants, and a gas leak that took multiple calls to the fire department, BGE, and 3 years to fix. All the while we complained about these issues, their property managers were dismissive, and their maintenance workers lacked experience to thoroughly fix any issues. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

      Roxanne and Bay Property Management Group have been great both to us and our tenants with timely response and resolution. We are very happy with Roxanne and if opportunity arise we will be happy to recommend Roxanne/Bay property management to friends .

      Been working with BMG for a few years now and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Their property managers, especially Ronaldo R****, are very accommodating and easy to work with.
