      Bay Property Management and property manager Roxie C were professional and any maintenance requests I submitted were handed in a timely manner. I didn't have any issues with communication. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

      My experience as a tenant in a property managed by Bay Management Group has been horrendous. When dealing with maintenance of principal appliances in the home, we went back and forth for months trying to get the appliance fixed and frequently had to follow up with our property manager because we wouldn't hear anything for weeks. I would discourage anyone from renting a property with BMG and will personally never again associate myself with this business.
