  Bay Property Management Group maintains my town hose and they do a very good job. This is the second year they are maintaining my property and it is going well. Gloria, Property Manager and Sharon , Leasing agent they both supported me in every aspect and they act very responsible.

  Phoebe has been a fantastic property manager and extremely responsive to my needs and those of my tenants. Any issues that arise are resolved promptly and before they become a larger problem. Phoebe makes working with Bay Management that much easier, which is appreciated. I am satisfied with the level of service I receive from both Phoebe and Bay.

  I have been working with the bay property management group for many years now and only have wonderful things to say! I have recently been working with Eijie A**** (V*********) as my property manager and she has been fantastic! Easy to reach and quick to respond, dedicated to her role and overall a pleasure to work with. Communication is the most important aspect for me when working with a property management company and it’s been a great experience with the bay management group.

  Gloria T*********** Has been a superb property manager so far! We have recently had ongoing AC issues and she has been quick to respond and assist through the entire process. I especially appreciated her answering even after set business hours, as she certainly didn’t have to do so. As a first time renter, I’m glad to have Gloria to help along the way!

  Gloria T*********** has been my property manager since 2020 and she’s a pleasure to work with! She is always available to help and very responsive. Whenever I had any issue, she sent help right away. I am going to miss working with her!

  I started renting my house out with the help of BMG in 2016. Due to some turnover of their Property Managers, quite a few of them were in charge of my house during this period until present. I would like to give a five star rating to the best Property Manager I ever had, Ms. Eijie A****, because she is very responsive, informative and professional, someone who truly seems to care. For example, I don’t have to worry about the following: In the past, I got locked out of my house after the move out inspection because the Property Manager failed to inform me about changing the locks and giving me the code of the lock box. Or, for the first three years, I had a set of tenants sued for paying rent frequently. I never received a single email of information from my Property Manager, as I did from Ms. Eijie just recently, so I had to find out on my own from the BMG monthly statements. Also in the past, when I called the Property Manager with a question about something, I was referred to read the BMG statements and that was it. Before Ms. Eijie started, the BMG personnel did not inform me about the tenants who were moving into my house and when the moving-in date was scheduled. The Leasing Agent perhaps communicated with the Property Manager, but what is worse, that no one told me anything until I saw the Lease Contract, once the tenants were moved in! This type of attitude completely ruined my work schedule and planning of the entire season. Therefore, Ms. Eijie is the best Property Manager I know!!! She as well communicates and is reachable unlike some of the prior Property Managers.

  My experience with Bay Managememt Group was very positive. I had a great property manager, Roxie, who was extremely responsive, proactive and excellent to work with. Any time I had an issue or a question she was quick to respond which made the whole process of renting so much easier. Thank you!!!

  Phoebe F******** has been very professional, respectful, as well as cooperative. So grateful to have her as my property manager. She’s also very informative and helpful!!! Phoebe definitely deserves a promotion!!!! Her hardwork speaks so much volume!!!!
