      I have been renting with Bay Property for over three years now. They are reliable, kind and efficient in taking care of anything I may need. Angel M******* would go to bat for me any day. He is thoughtful and quick to respond, even on a weekend. I have been a renter all my life and can honestly say this is a company who takes care of their clients.

      I've has my fair share of property management agents over the years, and I can honestly say that Eijie is leagues above the rest. Eiji has been consistent with communication while being a level of kind and stellar attitude I only dream of one day having. I don't think we would still be staying here if it weren't for her excellence! Can't say enough good things about her!

      After coming home from a month-long trip, I noticed there were problems with the shower; a stuck diverter, and deteriorating grout on the shower wall. After communicating this to the property manager, Roxie C****, a service appointment was scheduled almost before I could blink :-). I deeply appreciate Ms. C****'s responsiveness. Even more so since she replaced a manager there with whom I didn't have such a good relationship during a period when quite serious problems developed in my apartment.

      Nerissa G******* has been very helpful and supportive in our property management as the one point of contact. She has been very responsive assisting the tenants in problem solving and bringing in contractors for needed repairs. She deserves recognition for good service.
