      Raven P******* is a professional who ranks highest and excellent in customer satisfaction. She's pays great attention to details, and doesn't leave any stones unturned. She's courteous, resolute, passionate, and painstakingly resourceful in making sure that clients' needs are met. Raven is a joy to work with. Her response time to client's issues ranks highest. In less than two weeks since Raven has been assigned as the manager over my property, I've enjoyed relative peace of mind and my anxiety has subsided over how to navigate the strictest regulations in the city with the ways she handles the improbable and cumbersome tasks and the ordeal I'm facing. I'm immensely and eternally grateful ?? for all she's done for me, as I can see the light at the end of the tunnel ?? ??. Thanks Raven. You rock!

      I recently worked with Darious C. and Andrew L. to complete my move out of a property managed by Bay Management. Both of them were very professional while also being very friendly and helpful. They were extremely respectful of my schedule, being there to answer questions and update me on process while also understanding that I was juggling the many details of completing a move. I appreciate that they both worked with me to help complete my move as smoothly as possible.

      We are new to Baltimore and we were glad we chose the property under Bay Management Group. We were very satisfied with the process from the virtual visit to the closing. BMG’s AppFolio Portal was very helpful. Mr David S******** was awesome, very responsive, very professional, easy to deal with. The process was very organized. We got the place that we wanted. Great location with indoor parking, very close to work and groceries/stores etc. BMG highly recommended, excellent service!

      Property management (Daryl) abused ai and had it set up to take all calls texts and emails so you never got a real response from them or any actual help multiple people including me in the building (eutaw) have had issues go un helped due to lack of proper communication or professional service from the pm

      The property mgr. Leah C***, has a lot on her plate if she is handeling with rental tenants, promise me I know from previous work related experiences. Overall she was patient n understanding of my rental needs, n never expressed anything other or displayed anything other than teying to assist me. I send many kudos 2 her. And over all I thank her for her assistance.

      I recently had the pleasure of working with Leah C as my property manager, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Leah demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Leah was always available to answer any questions I had and was incredibly efficient in addressing any concerns that arose.

      Okay well first… the place I’ve been renting since November 8, 2023 is not up to code which I was fine with the things I’m not fine with is that I did not have heat from the day I moved in to December 27 of 2023. I had some other issues which were taken care of pretty quickly. On june 17th of 2024 there was a broken faucet in my upstairs neighbors apartment which took them 3 to 4 weeks to fix. They had someone come out within the week that she called and then they had sent somebody else out a few days after that and they put the wrong address down and the plumbers weren’t able to come back, it took them another Week we can have before the issue was fixed and we were able to have hot water again. It finally got fixed July 2 or 3rd. On July 2, I found out that my upstairs neighbor was moving out and From July 3, I had called the office and my property manager Mark leaving messages and voicemails like constantly trying to get a hold of them and nobody contacted Me back until July 19 I told them that I was not putting BG&E in my name even though that the lease states that I’m supposed to have it in my name, but I am only responsible for my unit And that I was not Putting *** in my name due to the fact that there is no split meter on a split unit house and that I was Paying for electric for whomever moves upstairs… Mark also told me during this conversation that I had with him that there is no missed calls or messages from me and I gave them ample time to contact the owner about the **** Mark never contacted the owner and never contacted me back with any kind of updates. I had went on vacation the last few days of July and came home on August 2 and walked into my house having no power. I called the office immediately and they got back to me very quickly they agreed to contact the Owner and have it put in his name. As of August 14, I have lost $400 worth of groceries and still have no power and they are not giving me the renters insurance information… calling for 3weeks
