      I have been using BMG for my management services for about 6years and it has been great! Leah C**i is my property manager and she is very professional, responsive and resourceful. I really appreciate all of the hard-work from the team.

      Bay Management is very easy to work with. They communicate effectively and clearly. I was a rental tenant of theirs for 10 years and their residential portal was very easy to use. I currently am using their services to rent out my house and they made that process super easy. I highly recommend Bay Management to anyone who needs property management or needs to rent a property from them.

      The move in process was smooth and good, they gave certain concessions in rent if we sign the lease at least 12-13 months. But delivering transparent information regarding the neighbourhood safety to the foreign nationals who are moving to the country first will be better for them to choose safe neighbourhood.

      I have only positive feedback for Bay Property Management thanks to my property manager Ronaldo Reano. He is always available and eager to solve any issue that may arise. He goes out of his way to ensure any issues are resolved promptly. Thanks Ronaldo.

      Couldn’t have had a worse experience. We signed our lease way in advance of our move-in date. We had all of our plans set to go, had all of our belongings in a truck, had people ready to move us in, and then we were informed at the last minute that the place needed a “lead inspection” which it proceeded to fail. We figured we could move forward with our move in and they could fix the issue with us there… no. We were refused move-in with all of our belongings in a truck and with no place to go. They did not offer us any solution to this issue except, “hey, do you want to rent any of our other properties?!” (Paraphrasing of course but that’s pretty much how it came across). We were forced to move all of our things into storage and stay in a hotel until we could figure out where we were going to live. Fast forward to the refund of our security deposit and application fees, they have now sent me two checks back to back with the wrong name on them. Even after our MANY exchanges they cannot get my name correct. To say that BMG Laurel is incompetent would be extremely generous. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

      So far so good with Bay Property Management Group of Northern VA! We have just started the process to rent our place out and so far everyone has been more than accommodating, professional, and prompt with responses. Wynn is very good at his job! Looking forward to working with them.
