    I bought 2 Red Oak trees in early spring prior to leaf emergence. On tree took of with no issue. The other never seemed to have a chance. The second tree was replaced in a complimentary fashion. The company does take response to customer contact seriously.

    Bought a tree in a #3 container that was 12 inches tall. Other sources have the same Baby Blue Spruce in #2 containers at 2-3 ft tall.
    No resolution.

    I called Garden Goods Direct with a question I needed answered before I could purchase. Not only did a real human call me back in a timely fashion, but they gave me honest advise. And by honest, I mean they did not recommend me making the purchase I was thinking of. At least not at this time. WOW! A company with integrity! Just because of that customer service, I will most definitely purchase from them in the future.

    The packaging these plants was the best I have seen. Also ,the quality of the plants was excellent. I will be doing more shopping here.

    The plants were BEAUTIFUL!!! OMG, I am SOoooo pleased, happy beyond belief! Shipment arrived in good shape, they were safely, carefully and skillfully packed, Plants arrived right on schedule, and I am so thrilled how healthy they all looked, just like I picked them up at a garden center! Thank you so much!

    Our delivery came in large boxes in which dirt was pouring out. One of the planes looked dead. We planted it and watered it hoping it would revive. It did not. We emailed the company with photos of the dead plant less than a week after we received it. They refused to replace or refund our money even though they sent us a dead plant.

    My beautiful Astilbe plants arrived yesterday. They were packed just perfectly and arrived looking full, healthy and the soil was nice and moist for them. The looked very happy and so was I when I saw them.

    Easy to use website. Plant products arrived within reasonable timeframe. The plants were healthy and vibrant and well packaged so to not sustain damage during shipping. This kind of customer service is becoming rare. I’ll definitely tell others to shop here and will shop again in the future.

    We ordered 3 plants on 6/18 and received them on 6/23/23. They were all beautiful, good sized, and very very healthy!
