  Anthony M***** is a great Rep from Remodel USA. He gave us a fair price with a lot of options that beat previous consultants. Most of all I liked how his presentation did not take 3 hours like other companies and reps do to try and get you to buy then High ball you with prices. His customer service was on point. Because of him we went with Remodel USA for refacing our kitchen cabinets. They look nice, good quality covering and the color we choose brightens up our kitchen.

  Shower door edge cheap plastic, glued on and continues to come off and stay loose. Never installed flooring that was ordered and told they would take $1500 off original contract to make up for it. I was told they couldn’t install because the flooring was not in stock, even when they gave me the option to choose a different floor. Then they never followed up phone calls, voicemails left, left text messages and we were ghosted. Shower price without floor installed was way overpriced and out of market average for the type of shower. They owe us a floor for $1500 but I know we were hustled and will never see it.

  Charlie B. is an excellent consultant. He was really good in focusing on what we need and require. He took the time to listen regarding our concerns and issues, acknowledged them and was able to meet our needs effectively. His knowledge regarding the company and the product he is presenting is impeccable. His communication is very clear and his ability to stay honest is refreshing, we didn’t feel any pressure. Charlie helped us to get the best possible deal. I will surely recommend your company even though my bathroom has not yet started purely based on Your consultant Charlie.

  We had an agent come out for an estimate. Typical sales presentation. Koehler Lu stone is the material we wanted. It isn’t any cheaper than having tile installed, but maintenance will be better. What sold us is the all in pricing because many estimates had a clause about water damage possibly adding additional cost. Remodel USA has everything included and the job will be completed quickly.

  Horrible Experience. We were looking to get our master bathroom remodeled because the shower was too small and the jetted tub (which we rarely used). I found this company on Angi. The presentation was good and it seemed like a reputable company. They scheduled the remodel and gutted my bathroom before the workers realized that they had ordered the wrong base for the shower. They called the project manager who said that they would order the proper base. After 2-3 weeks, i got a call stating that the new part had arrived. When they came to install it, the workers realized that it was the same part that was ordered before. A few weeks later, they called and said that the correct base had arrived. Upon review, they stated that it was again the wrong part and that they would have to reorder the part again.
  It has been 4 months and my bathroom is still gutted and unusable. I could have had the entire bathroom remodeled by now.
  I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Although their customer service is very nice on the phone, they are terrible when it comes to actually doing the work. No way this project should have taken 4 months. The constant delays and logistics issues are ridiculous.
