  We had a 10:00 appointment and Mark showed up on time. He was very professional and took time to learn about us and what we were looking for. He showed us all the options available to us and never pressured us to spend extra money on tiles not included in the base price. Mark took the time to make sure we got all the discounts available to us.
  We look forward to getting out bathroom updated.

  Clifton came out to view my 3 restrooms to provide me with quotes for restrooms and we could not proceed due to my husband not being available. He was very professional and factual with the advice he provided me with. I also found a new vendor to get floors laid which is super exciting. Thank you for your professional feedback and making me aware of other services that your team provide

  Truly unprofessional company. How do you sell such an expensive product but have such terrible services. After spending a minimum of 20k with them, you have to wait 10 weeks minimum for installation. They’re trying to improve their company communication but there’s still no way to get ahold of anyone with the company. They schedule their workers multiple times on their days off while giving them bogus leads then complain they don’t sell them. When you let them know you can’t make a lead because it’s your day off they’ll fire you and then randomly say it’s for lack of performance. I was with the company for 3 months and i know my demo was better then some people that were there longer. They’re apart of the pressure sales business and don’t want to give anyone time to think about it. Overcharge to the max for their product as well

  I filed a complaint in oct 2021 and the companies response was a lie that it was resolved in December of 2021. It’s Oct a year later and they still haven’t completed a simple cabinet and countertops replacement. They broke my new $7,000 oven and $1,000 dishwasher that I purchased myself and refuse to order new ones. They couldn’t get the corners of where cabinets joined and had to put molding. Mail popping out of where they placed a board around dishwasher. I haven’t heard from them since August except I received a credit report yhst someone ran my credit and it was them doing it without contacting me for approval for financing for balance. This company is crooked. So now I’m out of appliances and the expense of getting a lawyer involved if this is not resolved according to my agreement

  Just got my new walk-in shower. It’s perfect!! Installers were professiona and efficient. Project was done in one and a half days. The bathroom is small and these guys did a great job installing this beautiful shower. If you want a walk-in shower that will last a life time, this is the place to call.

  Had sales rep. Stop by Eric, he was great to talk to about the shower install and many other things. I’m a bit of a hoarder and house is filled up he didn’t say a word about it or my annoying new puppy. He likes to hunt as I did years ago, and remarked about my deer head mounted over the fireplace and my full mounted Fischer. I’m very cheap person buying my house at a garage sale. I was able to negotiate a price I was happy with. The product looks top notch per the samples, won’t be installed for a while. Then will give a better review as using it. Chris a manager in the office helped to persuade me to clinch the deal. Having 0% financing for 2 years is nice to have on your side.

  This company does not have reputable contractors. They do not have sufficient employees and the ones they do have are either learning the trade or are unreliable with limited or no experience. The project manager never came to see the problems we were encountering until the President of the company got involved- nice man. We had a Kohler shower installed twice due to their incompetence. The first installers were fired, the second installers were fantastic, but wait, not so fast. They did a complete reinstall and repaired the walls, door trim and ceilings and mistakes behind the walls. Excellent work. What was disheartening was they damaged the flange on the shower pan and covered it up with caulk. We did not see the cover up until the following day after we paid in full and sent the project manager and the president of the company a thank you and kudos re the installers. Next day when I was cleaning the new shower doors I noticed a caulk spillover on the pan’s flange. As I scraped the caulk, it literally disintegrated and I discovered a chip about 1/4 inch wide and deep and also saw the flange edge was dented all along the edge. Why didn’t the installers tell us they had damaged the shower pan flange and would be it fixed. We would have been fine with that.
  We reached out to the project manager 5 days ago and to date have not heard back from him.
  We called a tub repair guy yesterday and he repaired the chip and the numerous dents along the flange edge’ looks brand new. He did a remarkable job. $275. After 5 weeks of one nightmare after another, we have a nice shower. In the end we paid an additional $695 for the first installers to demo the walls; they demoed the walls and then some; plus the $275 on top of the $19k for a Kohler shower with zero support from Kohler. We called Kohler as soon as the problems began. They listened, but that was it. One customer care person said they would contact Remodel USA. Really!? Folks, do your homework.
