  Al & Tracey are outstanding workers! They are so knowledgeable and professional. They answered any questions we had about the job they were doing. They explained everything every step of my bath/shower install and flooring & toilet. We are so impressed by the quality of their work. They made sure everything was perfect. If a product arrived damaged they were on it asap to get a replacement as not to hold anything up and have the perfect bathroom. They are a perfect team and great people!

  Had a sales person visit our home and gave a lengthy presentation about getting a new state of the art walk-in shower installed. Signed paperwork and gave $2,500 down. After 2 weeks, we decided to go with a different contractor. I was then called by the General Manager Nick who had a serious attitude and told me I couldn't back out of the contract. I said I was, and then he said, I'll just forward this to legal. Who does this?! I'll never work with these guys again, stay away!!

  Remodel USA came to do a job and the salesperson promised everything but delivered about half of promised work. First the measurements the the salesperson took were wrong and when it was checked by the project manager he got it wrong so when my cabinets came in they didn't fit so had to order more cabinets. After cabinets came in and were put in one was defective so had to get another one ordered and when it came in we still had to order moulding to fit around cabinets because someone forgot to order it. My kitchen was down for six weeks mostly waiting on things to get to the job. I had to pay extra out of my pocket for electrical wiring and plumbing. I was told we are human and we make mistakes but that is not how you get people's business. I hope no one has to go through the same thing that I did. So if you use this company don't believe everything the salesman tells you unless you get it in writing. Be prepared for a long remodeled job. I don't blame the contractor who did the work because they could only do what was here for them to do. I know things happen but it just kept happening to us.

  Company representative came out and stayed over 6 1/2 hours giving me a quote of a bathroom 60 inches by 65 inches for a tub to shower conversion. The quote was for $32,000 with a deposit
  of $3200, Contacted three other companies to find out that it would cost approximately
  $15,000 to $15,700. Terrible reviews on Yelp. Called and sent in written cancellation. They kept
  the deposit and have been calling my home two to three times a day including Sundays for the past two months.
  Now they are trying to force me to have the installation done. Consumers, please, please, please
  Be Aware of this company. I am 87 years old, so elderly people be extremely careful.

  Took 6 months to get the job done mostly right. Have had to re-caulk the shower base and don't get me started on the contractor using damaged tracks for the shower doors claiming they are on back order. It is not a 20+ thousand dollar job, at most 10-12. My wife said never again.

  We had Remodel USA convert my tub/shower to a shower. None of the shelves stay in the shower. They are constantly falling out. I have reached out a total of 4 times now, with no response. I paid what I thought would have been a full bathroom gut for the shower only. Their products are supposed to being under a lifetime warranty. A different sales person called me last week and asked if I had any other projects. I told him as far as I'm concerned, my last project isn't finished. I explained the problem, and he stated that he would escalate this to the top immediately. and have someone call me before the end of the day. Once again, no response!

  We called Remodel USA in Capital Heights, MD for a quote to replace our tub with a walk-in shower. As senior citizens looking ahead, we wanted an accessible bathroom. The salesman stayed for 5 1/2 hours, talking about Remodel USA's "great reputation" and having us to choose materials in order to get a quote.
  
  My husband has severe breathing problems; the salesperson insisted our bathroom had mold because of a wooden window frame. He wore us out insisting we treat the mold and replace the window with waterproof material. Just to get him out of the house, we gave him a check.
  
  I canceled via email within the 7 day cancellation period; my husband also called the office to cancel. They came to measure our bathroom anyway and my husband mistakenly let them in.
  
  When later asked to schedule our remodel, I refused. They claimed we signed a contract, they had purchased the materials so we could not back out. I insisted we did not want the work. Another phone call hinted that the company would take us to court if we did not follow through.
  
  A local person come over and found commonalities with us so we would feel comfortable. He told us we must have the work done or there will be legal repercussions. So we agreed.
  When the crew tore out the wooden window, told us there was NO MOLD and showed us the dry wood.
  
  Our new shower is inappropriate for seniors worried about future mobility. The shower is narrow, there is no way to shower without banging into either the rail or the door, and there is piece to step over to enter the shower. The shower head is so high that a wheelchair bound person would be unable to reach it. We were also misled about renovations to the rest of our bathroom.
  
  Rather than helping us design a useful bathroom for aging senior citizens, this company pressured (and threatened) us to pay a large amount of money for something inappropriate.
  
  I tried to write a letter of complaint to the CEO of the company, but I cannot find the CEO listed anywhere.

  They Came and did two showers in my home the price was more than I imagined but I’m so happy that I went throw with it Demetri the installer paid great attention to detail and the Sales Rep Calvin B******** was the best Sales person I ever met. He really cared and went above and beyond for us. Very trust worthy. I am going get my cabinets done next.

  I am a former employee and know first hand how disloyal and untrustworthy this company is. First they haven't paid me for wages earned in over 7 months as a w2 employee. Their sales reps are told to lie to customers to earn business. They are extremely untrustworthy and untruthful. If your looking for the same materials they claim to be proprietary materials. Look up sam Mueller in Ohio and ypu can but the same bathroom for a fraction of the price. Your welcome.
