  We are in year 3 of a project. Remodel has failed on countless commitments. They use only subs who appear to be hired and fired frequently. Their work has been sloppy. We regret that we ever signed on with them. It is without a doubt the worst purchase decision we have ever made. But, they have a slick sales program. Just know that once you hand your deposit to the sales person, you will never see that person again. There are many other reputable companies out there. Avoid these dishonorable people.

  Just met with the company sales rep, Clifton Beach. We were favorably impressed by his manner and knowledge. Looking forward to the work we have contracted for our bathroom.

  An expensive project that should have taken 2 months is now in year 3. Yes, the project is still not done years later. It began with a slick sales job, followed by endless lies. By far the worst decision of my life. Don’t get drawn into Remodel USA when there are many other honest competent professional companies to choose from.

  Had an appointment today with Jason Sealy from RemodelUSALLC. Jason was a pleasure to work with setting up my transfer from tub to shower bathroom project. He was knowledgeable and made the process so much easier for me to understand and plan for a much anticipated upgrade!

  I just had a wonderful time designing a shower with Chris S**** of Remodel USA. I am excited about my new shower and can’t wait to get started. I am sure it will be fantastic.

  be aware customer i use to work for this company for 5 months and i know what i'm talking here very cheap products from china comes in yellow boxes without brand or name on it it coast them less than 4000 dollar and sell it for 35000 dollar to the customer stay away of this and find company with good shower walls and products with good name

  Veryexpensive quote. Seller was pushy. Wanted to cancel servicenext day after the sell. After many attempts to call the point of contact, she szid the cancel dept was going to send cancelation firm and reimburse depisit. Two weekes gone and noth8ng yet. Keep atrempto call them, no answer to phones ir voicemails. Awful customer. Can get better and cheaper quotes everywhere else. Buyers beware!
