      Martin R***** came to see us today explained everything to do with the shower and we look forward to having the Kohler Luxstone Shower installed. Martin was very nice and polite as well as professional. A pleasure to work with.

      Don’t use Remodel USA. They overcharge for their product and services and then hire subcontractors to do the install. Save your money and just hire your local contractor - they will be hired to do the job anyways.

      Fantastic personal attention to detail. They were both upfront and honest with all aspects of the business. Would recommend to anyone seriously interested in a high quality spa like shower.

      David White our consultant, is very knowledgeable in regards to bathroom remodeling. He explained in detail everything we would encounter in our remodel.

      The product is high quality. If you have nothing that is out of the ordinary the subcontractors will do a good job.
      I had a nonstandard situation, a window in the shower. The standard fix would trap water. We tried a work around that did not work.
      The shower water temperature was at best lukewarm.
      After getting the run around on both issues I went on line and learned how to boost hot water flow.
      A solution to the window has been discussed and material delivered but remains unresolved.
      I would highly recommend you live with the installation for a couple weeks to see if it is going to satisfy you. Do not, do not sign completion papers before it is completely satisfactory. That is the only leverage you have. This is a very expensive product and you do not want the “ropa-dope” I am experiencing.
