      The contractors made a mess in my home. They broke through the ceiling to the next apartment and I have to clean and dust. The whole apartment with hepa Filter. my wife got sinus infection the tenant daughter's both got sinus infection.

      I got a kitchen estimate from a local sales person who came to my house. After going back and forth with price he came down 27,000 so I accepted the offer for a complete kitchen/countertop remodel. Then he showed up at my door unannounced when I didn't sign the documents right away .
      For some reason he opted to not have me finance the countertops because he had a "special deal" with the countertop people. He would issue me a check to pay them. After my kitchen was demolished and cabinets were refaced I, and I had to go back and forth because apparently a kitchen remodel doesn't include plumbing , a sink or faucet, (even though i picked them out) , I got the contract from the countertop people, $700 higher, tried to contact my sales person only to find out he had been "released". Contacted his manager Jason who at first was very helpful, said he would make me whole and take the additional money out of the 'fired' sales persons commission check.
      Then, I get the check for the counter tops for the incorrect amount. Called the manager Jason and now all of the sudden he states I signed the contract to get $2200 and I am responsible for the rest!
      Now I ask you, why wouldn't I finance the entire thing? I asked for a manager, called 3 different numbers and now I get a text stating there is no one to speak to , that they are owned by a 32 billion dollar company and there is no "Owner".
      I am a very recent widow and this was my husbands dream that has turned into a nightmare.
      If a 32 billion dollar company can not admit they made a mistake on an estimate and make me whole I don't know what this word is coming to. I'm just asking for the countertops to be paid for in full for the price I was quoted or for the balance to be paid by Remodel USA!

      Terrible. The representatives were nice, but I have a complaint against the company.

      Adam and Martin were great in telling me all about my remodelling project needs.Their knowlwdge and expertise was helpful and timely. The willingness to work with me and my budget was apparent in their caring attitude towards my bathroom project. The time spent wirh me going over this necessary remodeling and the new flooring option I can also have installed in my kitchen and other rooms was fantastic.

      Jason is very knowledgeable and passionate. My husband and I really enjoyed working with him. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us make tough decisions. We definitely recommend him to everyone!

      Stephen M****** was very thoroughly throughout the presentation of Kohler's planning of installation and planning along with the quality and pricing and the difference between each and several styles.
      Over all he just very polite and nice to work with...

      Wonderful experience!, working with Whitney . She spent a very long time with us helping us to make detailed decision to create a custom made bathroom for us . We are extremely pleased with our meeting and look forward to our new bathroom. Very grateful for this meeting !

      They were amazing came and talked about the price and all the work they could do. I picked out my own colors and the agent explained how everything worked all the parts and got a great estimate and all that. So excited for my stand up shower. I'm going to love it
