      Rate increase after rate increase. Never had a ticket or an accident. it's gone up $22 dollars twice in less than a year... Their explanation was that they had to increase rates because of claims from "other drivers." THANKS FOR THAT ONE KRISTINA. So why should that change my rates. Raise the roof on the offenders. Stay away from the one folks. Go elsewhere.

      GEICO-Calhoun is an adjuster that thinks he can make decision based upon what he thinks. He also forged a signature of his boss on a letter that was wrote to me. I had a weather related accident per Progressive, which progressive said, I looked at the police report and it doesnt have you at fault. GEICO-Calhoun, stated, it doesnt matter what the police report says, I asked him if he looked at the police report his reply ,no I haven't. So where does this come from the letter says its computer generated. Now Geico-Calhoun states, I wrote that and I made the decision. I asked where did he get this from, he stayed, I made the decision. This is a BIG RED FLAG! ONE MAN MAKING DECISIONS FOR A COORPERATE GIANT.

      I purchased insurance from Geico for a trip I was taking. The agent assured me that I was covered for accidents to my personal and professional equipment up to $20,000. I had an accident happen in my home and they covered nothing. Geico wasted my time and money. Now I'll go to where I was referred to by my friends. I should of known better. They over promise and under deliver!

      GEICO accident forgiveness is a joke. I had an accident with a $0 claim and was cited for following too close. My premium more than doubled for my next policy period. They do not forgive anything. Even though the citation was for the accident, they consider it two events. Beware.

      Does not act in good faith,
      I was hit by another Geico insurance policy holder. The damage wasn’t that extensive under $2000. Geico found that I was not at fault and did not cover the claim because the other insured was in a rental vehicle. They drag the claim out for three months. And nothing has happened. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
      I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have cheaper rates but they have very poor representation if Something Happens. I feel like they acted in bad faith on my claim.

      My most recent experience with insurance quote from Yolanda was horrible. She was pretty condescending and made me feel as if Geico didn’t even want my business.
      Had Geico for awhile. They have been getting worse and worse over the years so I moved my 7 cars and 3 houses from insuring with them to USAA.
      I had just about maxed out all the coverage on my vehicles and was giving Geico over $10,000 a year. I won’t be referring them to anybody until things change with the company and they start helping out military members like myself again.
      TOO EXPENSIVE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      A Geico customer backed into my car and did approximately $3,000 worth of damage... The Geico 'adjuster' who never looked at the car only looked at pictures of the car offered me $1,300.00... when I complained they brought it up to about $2,000.00... So Geico wants to collect premiums but not pay claims... It was a huge long drawn out hassle, they only ended up paying 2/3 of what they owed me...

      I had a claim ongoing from a lady that backed up into my car. Turns out Geico is saying they’re not responsible for it and not covering the damages, but I could not get a reason as to why. I got stuck with paying out of pocket for the repairs on my own vehicle that was caused by an insured Geico customer. That’s not the end of the world. I can live with that. Things happen. What I can’t understand, is how my claims adjuster who works in a customer relations field can be so rude, careless, incompetent and disrespectful to people. I am always nothing but polite. This lady Aleesha Marks was so unbelievably unprofessional to myself and the lady that backed up into me. Never answered her phone. Took days to returns phone calls. Never could give a solid answer or any helpful advice. Being so condescending and talking down to us. Like I said, I don’t even mind that I have to pay out of pocket for the damages, but if I was the CEO Geico, I would not want a person like her to be representing my company. I will never use Geico for this reason. The lady that caused damage to my vehicle said she will also be dropping Geico for this reason. When someone treats me the way Aleesha Marks did, when I was nothing but respectful. I will go out of my way and above and beyond to make sure this doesn’t go unheard. I hope this message gets to the right people so she can be looked into or investigated. I know this cannot be the only complaints this women has. More will be coming.

      My policy includes non - deductible glass. I put in a claim to have my windshield replaced. Geico will not approve an OEM windshield. I called up their glass claim line for assistance. The rep on the phone says that my policy will not cover OEM under non - deductible glass and reads me the description they are trained to read. I asked them to show me in my policy where it says that by emailing me that section in the policy that I agreed to. They said they can not and that only a licensed service agent can do that. When I get a service agent on the phone, the licensed agent was not able to show me what the glass claim department was reading. That agent could only read me this: [Non-Deductible (Glass)] : If you have Comprehensive (excluding collision) coverage you may elect to have no deductible for damage to your vehicle's safety glass without applying a deductible. Safety glass includes the safety glass used in the windshield, doors, and windows, as well as the glass, plastic or other material used in the lights of the motor vehicle. This is what was read to me by the agent which I also have access to when I go into my online account and view my policy. It does not say anything about not covering OEM for a Like-ness windshield which is what Geico is saying. They said I can either take the non OEM windshield and not pay a deductible or I can file this under my comprehensive coverage and pay the $500 dedcutible. This is not how my policy works. I have requested to speak to a management level employee at Geico to get clarification but have been ignored several times with promises of a call back which never happened. I want Geico to cover the replacement windshield that has been cracked down the middle with an OEM windshield because I have been paying for this coverage with them for years.
