      Geico is running a shady business. Once I filed a claim for hitting a dear, and they accepted that I'm at no fault... just to come back with my insurance being canceled on some ridiculous pretense as "I have not filled out a questionnaire and returned it to them by XXX date" and they wont be able to reinstate my insurance for a whole year.
      I however, never received any questioner and to top it all I was driving with no insurance , not even knowing my policy was canceled.
      So, If there is a zero star, they would get a zero star. Geico you are running a SCAM.

      My F-150 was totaled in 2017. Geico immediately paid me $5000 to replace the truck. Geico is the best car insurance company I have had in my 93 years of life!

      A Gieco Supervisor by the name NaKeisha was very unprofessional. She stated that since someone hacked my account. Gieco asked for my bank statements to have proof I was telling the truth. However, Gieco asked me for my bank statement to credit my account to reflect payment. This lady told me That my money to the company didn't pay her bills and showed no good customer service. I am grieving death, someone hacked my account, had my bank verify payment was sent back to Gieco and they still was going to cancel my account. And my account still shows negative after me paying. I truly hope Gieco does something to the bottleneck in upper management. I'm thinking of walking away. I never had any problems with this company until June 2022. Always paid by auto pay. I am very disappointed and feel belittled. Damage control is a much. A Supervisor should value their job and keep the company's core value as it relates to their customers that pay the company to pay the Supervisor. There is no I in team. And she everything except a team player!

      I been with them 3 years never late on payments , matter of fact always paid early this month they want to raise payment to 200 from 170 . I have a safe and clean driving record .. Call around and for the exact same coverage everyone says it will be 80 or less a month .. Best bet I switched . they rob people blind...

      They dropped our insurance because my husband had a medical DL suspension a year ago. But he has been cleared with CA to drive for a year now and they just canceled him. Very dissatisfied after being a customer for so long.

      I was paying $200 a month for liability. I found out Geico is one of the worst insurance company to have. They are all out for the goverment

      I have been waiting for 6 weeks for a claim. They have spent a week and a half trying to email my dealer the payoff paperwork and spelled insurance wrong on the email so it's not going through. Really wow. I guess good help is impossible to find at Geico. I have been without a car for 2 weeks and keep being transferred to different departments and different representatives. Get your shit together. I have had to do their jobs just to get my car totaled out so I can get a new one. Oh and they did give me a rental but took it back 2 weeks ago because they were supposed to pay my car off 2 weeks ago. Stupid people man.

      I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and got in an accident 1 time and I can’t get any help on getting a rental or paying tow fees for my vehicle and did not care if I even was ok now. I’m in pain and I feel they are taking the advantage of me. My claim specialist has gave me the runaround concerning my policy and I have heard back from anyone yet

      I receive a notice from Geico on my home insurance policy back in May. The notice told me I have not made payment on my policy renewal expiring 5/1. It is literally the only mailing I have received from Geico not counting their endless solicitations. I called Geico and asked them to send me the bill. I actually called three times over 2 weeks asking them to send me the bill. I had previously emailed Geico about billing when I received email telling me that I chose paperless billing. I never did choose paperless billing and never have used paperless billing. All these companies default to it and tell me I chose it. So despite me emailing and calling Geico they never did anything about it but to send my home lender a cancellation notice of my home insurance policy. So now my home lender is charging me an exorbitant amount of money for the time between Geico's notice and when I finally gave up on Geico and obtained another insurance policy. The laws literally allow lenders to prey on borrowers to back date insurance coverage and charge for past coverage. To this day, I cannot get anyone from Geico to explain why they refused to address the issue. I will never get Geico insurance again. I am force to leave a rating on these starts. Zero should be an option.

      I would not recommend Geico if your ever in collision and need repair or assistance. My husband was on his way to our babies first ultrasound in February 5 2022 and was hit by a another vehicle. We had asked Geico to review the police report and because we where not at fault wanted to go through the other vehicles insurance. That investigation alone took over two months. Then geico suggested we drop off our car so their adjuster can inspect and quote the repair damage which we complied only to find out that at crash champions in berwyn they took the car and began work without consenting and we figured that geico must of got ahold of the other persons insurance to authorize the repair start. geico then gave us a rental car whilst our car was in the crash champion's of Berwyn shop and let me tell you after no contact was made or any notice I began to worry as a month went by I called as its now mid march and their response was a part was missing and they where waiting on it to arrive. April came and still no car now I'm concerned! by the time May came now we have been without our car for well over two months the next excuse was we had to wait to for it to get painted. We finally got a call June 10th to pick up our Audi and when I did I was told I can't have it until I pay the thousand dollar deductible I was beyond confused because I was told that geico was going through the other persons insurance and this repair was not on us. after an hour of arguing I now just wanted my husband to have his car and come to find out that the other person at fault never had insurance we had to pay the deductible and that's all that geico could do. I was beyond disappointed and when I got the car back I gave it to my husband and he was in shock because the repair they did was a spray paint cover up and it was never complete! so not only was I without a car for over 3 months but was forced to pay a deductible on repair work that wasn't even finished.
