    I’ve subscribed to Bally Sports+ because it’s the only way to watch the New Orleans ********. Currently they are charging $20 a month for this service, however the apps you have to use for the subscription never work. We have no other option to watch the games because Ballysports holds the rights. They’re currently forcing paid subscriptions for a service they’re failing to provide.

    On 10/23/2023 Bally Sports Plus withdrew $189.99 from my account. This was to renew an annual subscription for it's streaming services of ******* area sports. Since that time I have not been able to log in and watch any games. I have attempted on two different smart TVs, my cell phone and two different laptops with no success. I am able to log in and view my account but no other services. When I attempt to contact their tech support via chat I receive a message that they are busy and I should try back. If I email, I receive no reply. If I call the phone hangs up after one ring.

    I have a $20 monthly subscription service to watch the ******* *** ***** and for two weeks now, during the month of October and November their service has not worked. For myself, as well as many other fans. When you go to the website, as prompted, for help. There's no customer service agents available, and you get the same error code, that happens when trying to stream through their service. I.E. Bad Gateway, Error loading video, Error logging in.

    Bally sports is a regional provider of local sports teams. I have paid them in advance to be able to watch my hockey team. The last two games their app has not worked. They had 2 days to improve from the last one and I am paying for a service that does not work

    In November 2022 I contacted Bally Sports about a package to purchase that would include the St. Louis Blues and ******************** I was assured the package I purchased for $190 for 12 months, I would be able to watch both teams. I did get to watch the Blues. When the baseball season began I tried to watch the ********* and it is not available. I contacted Ballys by phone and email and was told the ****************** were not available. I asked for a supervisor to speak with and was told they would not transfer calls nor call me back. Through email I asked for a partial refund and was told they do not refund. I told them I was contacting BBB and they said fine.

    I purchased a streaming service for $189 for service for a year to get the Cardinal baseball game. I found out we couldn&#**;t get the Cardinal&#**;s game and called after 6 weeks of having the service to cancel. When I called to cancel I was told they don&#**;t provide refunds per their terms and conditions of the service agreement. If I would&#**;ve known I couldn&#**;t get the Cardinal&#**;s game I wouldn&#**;t have subscribed to the service.
