      I had Window Nation come to my house this morning for an estimate and I was informed that they will not give me an estimate if all residents of the house are not present. They first asked that all homeowners and/or spouses be present. When I told them I was the sole owner and I am not married, they would not give me an estimate. This company has decided to play god and discriminate against people over a window! I will take my business elsewhere and consider suing them.

      Window Nation apologizes for any confusion that may have occurred during this appointment when doing our presentation we need to have both homeowners present and when we arrived she was not available but then there was more miscommunication if that was the spouse or not. Window Nation apologizes that this occurred and wishes the homeowner the best with the future home improvement projects.

      This is my second installation from window nation. Crew was professional, courteous and efficient. We have many more windows to replace. I extremely happy when working through Gregg our sales rep.

      Received verbal quote from Chris, but did not get written quote. I call him back to start the windows installation process. I have not received any word back from him or from Windows Nation after calling them to start the installation process. I'm not sure why it's so hard for them to contact customers. I've decided to go with another vendor due to the lack of communications.

      This was my second installation of windows from Window Nation. I was very pleased with the product and service until I was charged a $108 convenience fee to pay by credit card. I think this is excessive. When I asked to have the fee removed, I was told that it was impossible. I am very disappointed with that response after having spent $22,000. I'm sure they could have figured a way to get the fee removed. I had every intention of purchasing more windows and a door in the near future, as well as referring my neighbor to the company. It is unfortunate that this business does not recognize the future value added when a good customer requests a minor concession. Perhaps when they consider that I probably would have spent another $12,000.00 at minimum, finding a way to waive the $108 convenience fee wouldn't seem so impossible.

      I couldn't be happier with my windows and the installers. Beautiful windows installed in 6 hours and every drop of residue cleaned up! Professional installers that worked straight through until the job was complete - and that was 8 windows.

      The installation team was on time and installed 9 windows in a very reasonable amount of time. I couldn't be happier with the windows or the workers. I would wholly recommend Window Nation to anyone who needs to have windows r0eplaced.

      I responded to a television commercial and sat through a sales demonstration and signed a contract on a tablet which I did not get to read until receiving it in an email. I wrote a substantial check as a deposit and after reading the contract and reevaluating.my decision I exercised my right to cancel the contract on the following day. The company quickly acknowledged my cancellation by email and the notice of cancellation clearly indicates their promise to return any negotiable instrument executed within ten days. Multiple efforts were made to email and call the sales manager because my check was not cashed but was not returned. After more than two weeks of being ignored, I phoned the salesman and was told the check was shredded. He didn't see any problem with shredding my check but I do. A couple of follow up calls to the sales manager has gone ignored. I suggest buyers be ware.

      While we do have some customers that instruct their reps to simply "shred" their checks, it's clear that you would have preferred to have the physical check mailed back to you. 


      It is real customer feedback, such as what you provided that allows us learning opportunities and highlights areas where we can continue to improve.

      Unfortunately, I have no way to verify the check was shredded and frankly am alarmed at the idea of doing so. My take on the matter is that you or your representative were angry that I changed my mind and were irresponsible by not following your printed agreement. I did in fact communicate that I expected the return of my $10,000.00 check. and was willing to return the vacation voucher left by the salesman. Since I will probably have to pay my bank to stop payment on the check, could I expect your willingness to cover my expense? I also know that the law in Ohio defines "Theft" as exerting control of property and when such property is a check or credit card or instrument of financial transfer it is considered a felony offense.
