      This place and staff should be shut down you can never get ahold of them and when you do the treat you very horrible with an attitude and all I had medicine in my car that I need or I will end up in the hospital and the lady said it's not her problem and doesn't care very unprofessional and needs shut down

      Zero stars. Holding my car hostage, won’t answer the phone. Voicemail box is full. No one around to talk to in person about releasing my car. Terrible business, I don’t understand how you can operate this way.

      Maliciously poor customer service. The person who answers their phone is rude, I’ll tempered, incredibly lazy and enjoys causing inconvenience, putting people on long holds without warning, and delayed vehicle pickup so that they can charge extra money. They should be in prison.

      The lady is rude and hangs up the phone on you. She tells you 12-1 and then when you sit calling until 1:46 she yells screaming I said 3pm knowing that’s a lie. The workers say they ain’t working until 1-3 and it is now 2pm and still no one has pointed me to my car.

      They repossessed my in December because of my loan company. When I called the number online it was a recording I left 4 messages on their answering machine I even texted the number that the voicemail provided when I text the number they told me it was the wrong number and it happens about 4 times a week so I called my loan company back asking them to provide me with the correct number “THEY DIDNT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER” that’s a little odd …..they could only give me a address and the letters I received in the mail had no phone number just a address when I went to the address my car wasn’t there I have no phone number of them so that I can obtain my items from the car call to pick up my car ……..not only can’t no one contact them no one can “FIND MY CAR” I can’t find the number, my lawyer can’t find the number, AMERICAN CREDIT ACCEPTANCE can’t find a number, the POLICE can’t find a number WHERE IS MY CAR?
      WHAT HAPPEN TO THE WEBSITE ?
      WHY DONT THEY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ?
      HOW ARE THEY CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH OUT A PHONE NUMBER?
      WHERE DID THEY TAKE MY CAR?
      WHY WASN’T I NOTIFIED THAT ITS BEEN MOVED?
      WHY DID THEY PROVIDE THE WRONG NUMBER?
      IS THIS OKAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS LIKE THIS ???
      HOW CAN I PICK MY CAR UP IF I DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS?

      The lady is rude and disrespectful she hangs up on you. You try calling back they don’t answer the phone like they have caller id there Mail box is full so you can’t leave a message this company has so many complaints and reviews on how rude and disrespectful there company is and how they deal with there customer’s no one should have to go through this to retrieve there car or to get items out there car. they should not have a business if customers have to put up with the rudeness and the disrespect just to get their belongings or car or any type of information on there vehicle

      The lady answering the phone was the most ignorant person I have ever spoke to. Honestly it looked like a criminal enterprise. Terriable terriable people working there.

      The receptionist was very rude she cussed me out I asked to speak with her supervisor he said he didn’t want to talk to anyone they have no respect and they are very unprofessional they need to be shut down

      This place is soo unorganized and unprofessional the owner answers the phone and she has a attitude and wanna keep hanging up and then is no where to be found when you get there !!! She leaves her son to do her dirty work ! They charge you $50 to get your belongings of course it’s cash only that’s because they pocketing it. Today they had a line and it took us over 2 HOURS to get serviced !!! If they end up with your car just leave it ! Don’t even bother ! But I’ll definitely be back to have a personal talk with her !
