      Maliciously poor customer service. The person who answers their phone is rude, I’ll tempered, incredibly lazy and enjoys causing inconvenience, putting people on long holds without warning, and delayed vehicle pickup so that they can charge extra money. They should be in prison.

      Omg!!! No starts! These ppl are nuts! I had to go there to help
      A friend pick up his car! We were instantly insulted with curse words and derogatory language because we were 8 mins late!!! I have never in my 37 years of life experienced something so horrible! The older fat miserable old lady is disgusting! She is hostile, rude, disrespectful, disgusting, deplorable, with the most raggedy ppl skills I’ve ever experienced! I tried to stay calm, & remain positive! There is no reasoning with these degenerate unprofessional people. The absolute worthless man helping unpack ppls cars, was disgusting as well! He called my friend the B word! Every other word was curse word, all while other customers were standing right there. He was extremely disrespectful to everyone, including myself, when I was trying to be positive, and just reason with them. Needless,l to say, I had to cuss these ppl out! They disrespected me in a away that pushed me over the edge. We ended up having to call the police on them, the worst part of that is the police told us they have this PROBLEM WITH THEM ALL THE TIME!!!! Pls, shut this hell hole down! They are the worst set of humans I’ve encountered! Do better !!! Save your weak pathetic response. Based on the previous responses , I can tell you take 0 accountability and have no compassion as a human being. Your customer service kills are on the level of toddler throwing a tantrum!

      This is a repossession company. Please no more drama. Be courteous. No cursing please. All one has to do is be patient and courteous and follow the instructions of the staff. You can not come to a place of business and try to run our business.  If you were just dropping someone off you should mind your own business and stay inside your vehicle until the person who is picking up their vehicle is called. Just as simple as that. No drama please.

      If I could give it zero stars I would. The female who works there who refuses to give her name, is very rude and disrespectful. She lacks the professionalism and customer service skills to deal with the public. So sad

      This place needs to be SHUT down. They are nasty and rude. I was told to come at a specific time but had to stand in the street with my son. I tried to ask a question and was yelled at. This was my first time experiencing this, and I also had my child with me. I was humiliated and embarrassed, and treated unfairly. It's crazy that this place is still able to operate. They will not let you retrieve your items and said I had to get everything because they will throw the rest away, which is crazy when I still have time to receive my car back. They need to be investigated because the whole process is inhuman and wrong. I felt discriminated against, and I will be taking this matter further.
